Exposed: Updated WHO Health Treaty Could End U.S. Body Sovereignty - Biden Submits Amendments to the Existing International Health Regulations (IHR) 2005 Agreement (Video)

The International Health Regulations (IHR) 2005 are a legally binding agreement of 196 countries to build the capability to detect and report potential public health emergencies worldwide. IHR requires all countries have the ability to detect, assess, report and respond to public health events.

The upcoming 75th World Health Assembly (WHA) gathering will be held in Geneva from 22 May 2022 through 28 May 2022. The focus of the meeting relates to the potential adoption of amendments to the existing 2005 International Health Regulations (IHR).

In January 2022, the Biden administration on behalf of the United States, very quietly and without public debate or notice submitted extensive amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) 2005 agreement. These amendments are listed on the 75th World Health Assembly (WHA) agenda as item WHA75/18, and have already gained the backing of nineteen co-sponsor states and the EU.

The United States amendments seek to bolster the current powers of the Director-General at WHO, and grant WHO the power to implement restrictions without the need to consult with state or regional governments before taking action.

“The proposed US amendments to Article 12 IHR will both considerably extend the executive powers of the WHO Director-General to declare global emergency-like situations and centralize this power further by removing the need to consult and find agreement with the respective state party.”

“A related US proposal for the amendment of Articles 13(3) and (4) International Health Regulations (IHR) 2005 Agreement has a similar effect of increasing WHO powers in relation to member states’ freedom to determine their own health policies during a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) in light of local circumstances and preferences.”

This increase in authority will give global control during a WHO decided epidemic/pandemic to the WHO, with the power to set and enforce rules and regulations over the states, countries and regions considered a health risk.

“The proposal to grant WHO – and the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) which is closely associated with WHO due to its technical skills in epidemiological investigations – the right to carry out on-site assessments/send expert teams that the state party in question cannot easily reject…”

Biden is actively seeking to enact a Pandemic treaty without having to obtain political support or approval. The action of submitting extensive amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) 2005 agreement. is Biden’s backdoor way to accomplish this.

The Whitehouse tried this with COVID, using the CDC to enforce mask and vaccine mandates. Certain states stood firm against all mandates in defiance.. Now Biden is wanting to use WHO to make and enforce the health mandates, and take away the power of the states to refuse to comply.
