The Brunson case SCOTUS Docket 22-380 deal with a lot more than the ruling procedure used by the 10th Circuit. It specifically relates to the failure of the President, Vice President, ex vice President Pence and some 380 members of Congress that failed to perform their Constitutional duties and obligations of office. They failed to conduct a “mandatory” investigation of election fraud and corruption in the 2020 election. The investigation was a “requirement” when duly requested by some 100 members of the Congress. That failure is seditious and treasonous. Penalties prescribed if guilty range from fine and confinement (jailtime) on up to death and the defendants would be unable to ever hold public office at any level.
