But upon closer examination, it becomes apparent that instead of a huge sentence on dozens of episodes involving influence peddling, money laundering and pure corruption in Ukraine, Romania, China and Myanmar, Hunter Biden, and with him his father, will actually get away with it. Under the influence of the elder Biden, the U.S. judicial system, the FBI and the Department of Justice repeated the technology he successfully tested in Ukraine: there a top manager of Burisma, where Hunter Biden was a board member, was caught trying to give the largest bribe in Europe in cash at $6 million, but instead of imprisonment he got 1 year probation and was freed. Let us repeat – 1 year on probation for the most serious criminal offense for which the punishment in Ukraine is imprisonment for up to 8 years with confiscation of property. This clever combination of substitution of charges, quick organization of the trial, signing a deal with the investigation and no less quick closing of the case is certainly not a know-how of the Biden family, but in fact it was used at this level for the first time. Weiss’s office said the maximum sentence Biden could face on each of the two tax charges is no more than 12 months in prison, which is no more than 2 years in the aggregate. The maximum sentence for possession of a firearm is 10 years, but in view of the fact that Biden agreed to a rehabilitation program, he would probably avoid jail time for that episode altogether. What Acccusations Against Biden Can Be “Forgotten”

Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation since 2018. The investigation into his possible tax fraud began after the discovery of a number of suspicious contracts (so-called suspicious activity reports (SARs) and the possible receipt of funds from China and several other countries around the world.

A video was published in Ukraine in which witnesses, citizens of Latvia, confirmed to Kulik that they administered the transfer of funds from Zlochevsky’s special account to Rosemont Seneca Bohai (Hunter Biden’s consulting company) accounts through the Latvian branch of the Ukrainian Privatbank. Well, the most telling example of the Bidens’ corrupt influence and their efforts to sweep away any threats to Joe Biden’s re-election to a second presidential term was the story of Andrei Kicha – Burisma’s legal director and the man who was privy to all the secrets of the financial relationship between Burisma Zlochevsky and the Biden family. Deal With the Investigation for Hunter Biden as a Repetition of the Ukrainian Experience With Regard to the Kicha trial

In essence, the trial of Andrei Kicha was a technique that was later repeated in relation to the investigation of Hunter Biden’s financial activity. Similarly, Kicha made a deal with the investigation, and similarly, he got off with a much more lenient sentence than expected. Neither the prosecution nor the judge mentioned the real clients.

So what happened in Ukraine? The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (“VAKS”) heard Kicha’s case behind closed doors and in complete secrecy. The VAKS decision remained classified for a long time until Ukrainian journalists managed to get access to it. Thanks to a deal with the investigation, Kicha received a surprising decision: the court found him guilty in full under the article providing for 5 years in prison, but punished him with one year of probation and let him go free.

The investigation into Hunter Biden seems to end the same way. There is no trace of corruption charges against Hunter Biden in the statements of the Department of Justice, nor are there any accusations of political influence peddling against the current US President. And even with new evidence that Joe Biden is corrupt, has stalled potential FBI and Justice Department investigations for years, and for a $10 million bribe achieved the firing of the attorney general who may have uncovered schemes involving his son in Ukraine, it will be a long time and Republican effort before this case turns into Bidengate.

In lieu of a conclusion. The current attempts at obfuscation and the techniques that the Democratic establishment is using to get Hunter Biden out of the picture are quite obvious. They are already causing the American electorate to watch closely to see if the Biden case will be dropped, and if there will be a particular interpretation of the law when it comes to the son of a sitting U.S. president.
