During Q2 2012, SugarCRM welcomed four new OEM partners worldwide who are dedicated to growing their businesses with the Sugar platform. These partners are taking SugarCRM deeper into new geographies and vertical markets including insurance, telecommunications, marketing and financial services.

eBaoTech, China – eBaoTech Corporation is a leading provider of new generation software and services for the life and general insurance industries that has embedded SugarCRM into the eBaoTech SalesPlatform for Life Insurance solution. This integrated insurance and CRM solution makes it possible to have one source of business information across an insurer’s application suite, making business operations more efficient and productive. Alestra, Mexico – Alestra provides innovative information technology and communication managed services to businesses across Mexico. The company is offering configured, customised and white-labeled SugarCRM solutions to targeted, vertical markets. Alestra quickly signed up their first interested customers, showing a high market demand for CRM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions in Mexico.

Access Group, UK – Access Group has more than twenty years’ experience developing business software spanning finance, HR and payroll, professional services automation, document management and manufacturing. Access will launch SugarCRM as part of its aCloud platform, integrated into Access Dimensions later this year. They have built an integration with SugarCRM that ensures that customers can generate business opportunities more easily. SugarCRM met all of The List’s requirements for delivering a successful, white label CRM offering. As a result, customers will experience improved sales intelligence and access to new business leads.
