NEW YORK, NY — Mirman Markovits & Landau PC has announced that Edward K. Blodnick and Thomas Fazio have been named as Of Counsel to the firm. In addition, they will continue to maintain their practice, Blodnick Fazio & Associates PC, in Garden City, New York.
 
Mr. Blodnick, Managing Partner, Blodnick Fazio & Associates PC, concentrates his practice in complex corporate litigation and issues surrounding the corporate practice of medicine. He has an AV^® Preeminent™ rating (5.0 out of 5.0) with Martindale-Hubbell, a peer review process that rates attorneys. He is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida State Bars and is licensed to practice in New York District Courts, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School.
 
Mr. Fazio is a Partner with Blodnick Fazio & Associates PC. He concentrates his practice in corporate formations, structure and finance, as well as the operation and funding of medical facilities across the U.S. In 1996, he began his own law practice serving corporations and small businesses in New York State. He also spent nine years serving as in-house counsel for secured commercial lenders with annual revenues in the billions of dollars. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate from City University of New York.
