Putin has achieved many points from his comrades. Now he is going for points from the international set.
Remember,he went into the Ukraine with the request from Russian loyalist living there. Those were his people and he had the right to be there. He went into Syria with the permissions from the U.N. unlike Obama.
He sold defence missiles to Iran as good faith. Now here is the surprise.
Russia will not invade or help in the invasion of Israel. Instead ,he will barter a peace agreement between Iran and Israel. Remember,Putin is looking for international points. This move would put him as a true international leader.
