I enjoyed the October 22 video. I would like to go a bit further on the section of worshiping on the sabbath which the presenter stated was trying to make the case that the Sabbath day is actually Saturday and not Sunday.
The Sabbath is Christ Himself. It is not any particular day. We are to follow and rest in Him 24/07. (which is the KEY to understanding)
First, Colossians 2:16-17 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the Substance Is of Christ.
