One definition of concede is to surrender something that one possesses. Such as, you know, the presidency of the United States. Which might be done with, say, a concession speech.
None is forthcoming because conceding requires emotionally letting go of so much: identity as president, the security of the role, protection (from lawsuits), the image of being un-fireable, the daily routines, the White House, the power. Recall your worst breakup. That.

If I were Donald Trump I would never concede. There is no law that says he has to concede. To concede is to admit defeat. I would hold Biden at bay until 01/20/2021. No debriefing and no transition. The democrat bastards have used every dirty illegal trick in the book to steal this election and I see no reason to help them achieve their illegitimate socialist agenda. If biden actually does assume the office of the president of the USA then I for one am advocating full on political congressional gridlock.
