The capturing system, this philospher theory is based upon seventeen years of my psychic Prophetess reading information I have received as a medium clairvoyant which I pieced together with logic and facts to come to a conclusion of how people are captured by a secret force which has come to be known as “ The Deep State Cabal”, an organized crime ring run beneath the real Government, what’s left of it that is, as it’s crumbled away and the Justice system has dimished by them fooling many who are in positions for good purpose, and many are fooled, lied to, and manipulated, and conned, therefore the Justice system is not holding up and that is my opinion and many others opinion who say “Stop The New World Order” as the “ Deep State Cabal” are killing off the human race.

My theory is as such:

Victims to target are found by divorce and legal seperation records, and pregnancy records of unwed mothers and by people who have money being sent to them. Hence, wealthy people are also targeted to rob them and off them so they disappear without a trace.

Court records are dug through by the “Deep State Cabal” who pretend they are investigating people. Also, Doctor records are gotten top secret and many pregant unwed women are gang stalked to get their babies when they are born and to get the moms for human traffick etc.

Spy cameras are put outside the targeted individuals property and their mail, ups, fed exes, are stolen.

Hacking is done to the targeted individuals to gang stalk them and to steal emails to take them down.

Fruad framing reports are done to innocent people who are targeted individuals. Twenty to one hundred fake fraud files are made up about them to capture them by a fraud arrest secretly by the “ Deep State Cabal” who pretend they are hand cuffing them for investigative questioning so they disappear without anyone knowing and their Miranda Right’s Are Violated.

Brain Washing, after the targeted individuals are choosen, brain washing start as the “ Deep State Cabal” messages everyone and lies they have a reason to do an investigation on the person when there is no reason at all. Gossiping and repeating heresay lies goes on like the telephone game so people think what is said about a person is so when it is not so at all in any way. Hence, innocent good persons are framed for human capturing, to take them by a secret force, through the Government system. Many are taken from Dentist office parking lots also as fraud reports are done that lie the people are toothless bums, a case file their taking for help to a Welfare Office and hand cuff them and lie it’s to question them for their secret investigation and so on.

Human way stations are behind the real Department of Health and Welfare Offices for human smuggling, they take them and pretend it’s to get people money, people who have money and live somewhere they lie are homeless bums they want to take for help. Also, by handcuffing them and pretending its to question them, innocent good persons who did nothing wrong, who’s emails, mail, money, has been stolen for so long. The areas where the targeted individuals are are so brain washed that people think they are the person in the fake stories and in slandering texts and messages and they do not know they are victims who are nice individuals who did nothing said in fraud reports as it’s the devils system to fool everybody, but not the ones who are trying to stop “ The Kill Life New World Order”, “ The Deep State Cabal” and the “ Targeted Individuals” who are gang stalked are not fooled and they should be seen as victims and supported but the whole world is turned against them so no one will help them, people are told to assist in medical kidnaps and think it’s to get them help. That is the human capturing trick done to get them by what is known as “ Medical Kidnapping”. Therefore, helping a targeted individual is to stop “ Medical Kidnapping” it is to help get them their mail and money etc. and it’s to stand up for the victims and prove who they really are, by getting proof and fact’s of their background and so on as the “ Deep State Cabal” reverse the truth and facts and literally says the opposite about the targeted individuals who they say are their Government Agency case files they cover secretly and they lie the good people who are victims are bad persons they are investigating when no, they are slandering them and robbing them for human capturing by many fraud files they sit around making in a so called computer geek sqaud room, that is really a room they do gang stalking electronic harrassment from. Hence, they are the same ones that many call by different titles, they are the “ Gang Stalkers”, “ The Deep State Cabal” running “ The New World Order” “ Baby snatchers” “ Dead Child Traffickers” “ Human Sex Traffickers” and “ FGM” female genital mutilators and “ CPS DCFS etc. Child Traffickers” robbing good persons and mass murdering the population. It is the same wicked group of phony criminals running all of this, the “ Deep State Cabal” run beneath the Government.

Spy cams are put in the family homes and apartments after they are put on their long list to get. That is the sentence they say “ long list to get” and fifty spy cams are put in bedrooms and spy cam voyerism footage is done and edited and the good nice victims on the list are exploited by them. The family is cast in different categorys for sex slavery and human trafficking.

The targeted individuals are set up secretly to a Government Agency with fraud files the people never hear about. Fraud files are sent to secret CPS hearings and to Courts top secret by them, the “Deep State Cabal” who say they are secret investigators in charge of investigating people and their files are full of fraud, lies, and framing.

They frame many mothers with spy cams installed inside to look like a porn star sex addict sex phen. That is the same framing game they do to many as they edit spy cam footage with stock footage of other people having sex, add music, flashing lights, and dirty subtitles on the love making spy cam footage they edited. Their goal is to make nice modest decent women appear as “ a wasted old hag crack whore woman who has a vagina sex addict problem” The “ Deep State Cabal” computer geek squad room gang stalkers tell this same lie, line about many women they framed the same way. These women are many who do no drugs at all and who never used a needle in thier lives and they sit lying “ their wasted crack whore women” when they are totally stone cold sober doing no drugs and not drinking at all are many of the targeted individuals. It is a game for them to do human capturing which they do by telling this lie, line all over town, by doing electronic harrasment gang stalking, by robbing their mail and money by hacking, and by lying they need to force a relaxing shot which is really meth they shoot people up to lie their wasted crack whores when they are not at all. This is a framing tactic so when they take them in their gang stalker cars to E R’s or hospitals, or a hotel or motel people think they are wasted crack whores with a vagina infection. That is to rape the families in hotels, motels, houses, etc. to get them there, they lie its to help a mom with a sex problem and to explain it to their family when no its for human sex trafficking, its the trick used by the “ Deep State Cabal” to get the people for sex slavery.

A Government Agency case file is opened based on lies told, many liars repeat fruad and fake log information done by the “ Deep State Cabal” who pretend they are investigating a person, when there is no reason and they write down anything and make things up to make nice good people look like bad persons. Then they get them on the “ County Watch List” then they fool everyone into thinking they are a bad person who needs to be watched, when no they are good persons and the bad persons are the “ Gang Stalkers” the “ Deep State Cabal” their the ones in the computer geek squad rooms telling many lies about them on messenger, in texts, in person and in fake framing slanderous reports that say the opposite of who they are. Therefore, the “ Gang Stalkers” are the dangerous bad persons and “ The Targeted Individuals” are the good persons, the victims as it’s all reversed to fool everyone to get them. This was predicted ages ago in the Old Testiment, as it’s written something such as “ the antichrist will reveal himself in 2011, a handsome spy with survellance that the world depends upon to save lives as he’s killing off societys and Jessus Christ will appear on earth to stop the antichrist. Jesus Christ appeared in me in 2009 when God and Jesus decided to make me an open vessel medium to channel write their life saving words by me to stop sex slavery internationally and I am writing away since then to stop the antichrists system of human capturing.

They use the Government Agency Case File numbers on closed up case files, current CPS DCFS etc, and case files not opened yet to take the mother and childrens money from atm machines by putting in the case file number and by holding it back in banks, by hacking paypal, cash app, venmo in the “ Computer Geek Squad” rooms, they send the stolen online money to people and tell them withdrawl it at an atm on their debit card, keep half and deposit half in an account that where they put the mother and childrens money. They tell these people called “ The Spy Watch Cam Committee Groups” that when they help them force shots on the family and get them to a hotel or motel or their investigator secret houses then they will give them part of their money, they will devy it up when they are taken and that is how they capture humans and how they get many in on it as the spy watch cam committee people like doing this for a weekly salary, they are sent the families money they all take to spy on mothers and their children, shots are sent to their cell phones of the people and they vote on what they are doing by a thumbs up or thumbs down etc. and like getting paid and do it for money and do not realize they are accomplises for human capturing as if they knew about the deaths they would run to the persons aid so they would not be taken, they would stop any forced shot, they would get the family their money and mail so they are not kidnapped as that is the way they capture humans, its by taking what is their by a Government Agency case file number, used for years even on closed case files, the “Spy Watch Cam Committee Groups” are sent the families ups and fed ex packages even Christmas Gifts and Dolls and everything that is the families and it’s to they disappear without a trace.

The “ Deep State Cabal” hacks the targeted individuals and ruins what they email out, they email afterwards and tell the person they emailed not to read that previous email, to read theirs instead. Their is full of lies and fraud and they also fed ex fraud slanderous reports to people the T I’s contacted. Again. the “ Deep State Cabal” are the dangerous criminals doing the human capturing, they are the sex phens, the drug addicts addicted to meth and heroin, they force speed ball shots on each family member at the same time to get them. They may say they got a Medical Court Warrant, a Medication Warrant, and they say they are Government Officials covering case files in geek squad computer rooms. They put on a nurse outfit, pretend they are a nurse forcing a relaxing shot to help a family at a hotel etc. Really they are forcing speed balls and kidnapping people by the framing they do to all the mothers as they frame nice decent modest good moms to appear as “ an old hag wasted crack whore who has a sex addiction infected vagina who they need to help at a hotel etc.” It’s all a framing game and they capture people when they are going to Family Law Court when they park, they shoot them up and say they are forcing relaxing shots on the whole family to take them to Hotel and Motel therapy and it’s an evil wicked game done to many who are dead, gone buried already as a family going for a Court date should be able to walk in safely and have Justice prevail and not be kidnapped.

Sex Slavery is run underground in “ Computer Geek Squad” rooms and in storm drain tunnels they walk in, rooms under Mail Boxes and by tunnels under freeways, stairs that go down behind markets. The “ Deep State Cabal” is beneath the real civilization ruining the truth and ruining prosperity of hard working citizen’s as they hack and steal, have double atm cards, and they ruin job applications by contacting places the targeted individuals apply for work, they lie to them also and say that is our Government Agency Case File a bad person on the “ County Watch List” a person we are investigating and lies like this they tell about nice, honest, good people to ruin everything they do to take them away.
