The term “hate” can be misleading. When used in a hate crime law, the word “hate” does not mean rage, anger, or general dislike. In this context “hate” means bias against people or groups with specific characteristics that are defined by the law.

At the federal level, hate crime laws include crimes committed on the basis of the victim’s perceived or actual race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability.

Most state hate crime laws include crimes committed on the basis of race, color, and religion; many also include crimes committed on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, and disability.

Crime

The “crime” in hate crime is often a violent crime, such as assault, murder, arson, vandalism, or threats to commit such crimes. It may also cover conspiring or asking another person to commit such crimes, even if the crime was never carried out.

I have experienced the suffering of hate crimes for 17 years as a targeted individual and woke up thinking about discriminating hate crimes and thought maybe it’s because I am a long time sober AA lady, as I read hate crimes are committed against people based on their religion, and AA in my religion and the hate crimes started in 2005 after I had my 20 Year Sober AA Celebration at our two story house and I had AA people there from AA meetings there and maybe people got the wrong impression about a sober party that took place in that day. In 2005 I had also lost weight and bought new clothes as I wanted to get back to my regular size and I had a band play that we had seen when I got tickets for my daughters 13th birthday to see “The Beach Boys“ and we bought the opening bands C D and I went on their venue email list and asked the band “5-Alarm“ to play at my AA party, then I started taking guitar lessons as I said I write song lyrics for years and wanted to learn to write music for my song lyrics, as I took guitar when I was 11 years old and still had my same guitar as I am a spiritual, poet, geru type person, an introverted spiritual artist. In 2005 I had money for lessons, and to buy new clothes for my new old weight, was the other reason I started doing things I had not been doing that I used to do,as I was one who had a nice wardrobe in my life and was normally a size 2 or 4, so I got back to being myself, and hate crimes started happening in 2005, was it because I lost weight and bought new clothes for my new old size? or because I was playing guitar? and had a band play at my long time sober AA party? and as I said changes went on 2005 because I had the money to spend on things I liked doing, as I refinance by two story house in 2004 to upgrade it to sell it to buy a one story for my mom to live with us, the plan we had since 2001, and since the two story house was upgraded in early 2005 I thought I should have a 20 year AA party since the house looks so good and did and a long time sober lady came on a black motorcycle and some AA old timers came from the valley and maybe people in a small upscale conservative town got the wrong impression? about a sober party with no drugs or alcohol that took place in the day with about 25 AA old timers, friends, and family members and a good wholesome party may have been perceived wrong, as AA’s often have bands at party’s, and dance at AA conventions, AA’s are into music and dancing sober, and I had another party with AA’s from the valley at our one story house in the daytime, and maybe sober people looked foreign to that area as they are more trendy from a city area and it was just another sober AA party. I had a house warming party at our new one story we moved into in 2005, and I had real estate customers and some new neighbors and family and friends in Oct. 2005 and the same band played. Again, in 2005 I had the money to spend on enjoyable times and I am wondering if that is why hate crimes happened? as I made $150,000.00 selling homes as a realtor as that was my proffesion since 1999, and I sold my two story house and made alot of equity money on it, and had the two parties in 2005, and bought new clothes for my new old weight, and paid for guitar lessons, and learned to write music for my song lyrics, as I studied how to write song lyrics since I was 18, and I write poems since I was a child, as I am an introverted spiritual type poet reserved personality and I was just being myself in 2005 writing songs, and back to my old normal weight, and celebrating with music that I have always loved, and I decorated our new one story house that was a spiritual peaceful private hacienda type home on a small knoll among laden oaks and I felt over joyed and so uplifted there and peaceful and that was what I wanted, a house to feel serene in and it such a good feeling and I wanted a screenplay writer retreat house, as a realtor I had seen screenplay writers in similar houses that I was looking at as a realtor and I thought I would like a house like that to write my screenplays in, and I rewrote my screenplay in the one story house in 2005, and played guitar and put music to my song lyrics and learned the notes, and was working on learning how to write a ballad as having a hit song was one of my dreams always, to hear something I wrote on the radio, as I write poems my whole life and majored in Creative Writing in High School and took a Song Lyric Writing class at Valley College long ago, and that has always been my hobby for my entire life, writing poems and I planned to be screenplay writer since I was a teenager also and thought real estate will support me and I can work on my writing career, so was did hate crimes happen by discrimination against an AA’s religion? The AA Program, by parties I had, or by my playing guitar? or for loosing weight and buy, and by that career and profession I like artsy interesting clothes, not boring ones, as I worked in costumes for 18 years and am an expert shopper so when I lost weight I bought new clothes for my new old weight in 2005 and I am the ting new clothes? and I also do psychic spiritual activitys my whole life and did them as a hobby starting as a child, I did the Ouija Board at age 11 and channeled spirits, and I played guitar, as I am a spiritual geru artist type personality, and I did my own psychic readings all the time in my 20’s as a hobby, for fun when I worked as a Costume Designerype to buy a closet of clothes to wear awhile, and got my clothes set, my house set to live in it in 2005 with the equity money I made from my two story home and my real estate income, so why did hate crimes start happening then? It appears it could be discrimination against a persons religion, which is Alcoholics Anonymous, as that is my religion since Feb. 9th, 1985 when I got sober in AA and stayed sober since that day. That is why the fact that hate crimes have happened make me so mad, as I am sober since I was 25, and I do not drink or party at all, and I am an introverted sentimental artist type personality, reserved, and calm, and love my solitude and feeling peaceful and spiritual, and do not lie, cheat, or steal, and avoid drama and did nothing to anybody, which is why the hate crimes were so baffling when they started as I thought who could be doing this ? I don’t have any enemies and said “maybe a realtor is after my real estate business” as my real estate portfolio was stolen from my car when it was broken into in our long private driveway that I had planned to gate and wish I had, boy do I ever wish that as here I am a nice mom, a long time sober AA person, an introverted writer, a poet, a song lyric writer and a screenplay writer, a person who was praying and meditating and not harming anybody, not stepping on anyone’s toes or burning any bridges so how could hate crimes happen? when there was nothing to hate, is why I wonder was this discrimination against my AA Religion? as that is the only one I can come up with by this Hate Crime list, as I am white, and not disabled, and nothing else applies but hate crimes for a persons religion and was does apply in the “Crime” paragraph above is vandalism as our mail box was broken off the post two times onto the ground in front of our one story house in 2005 and in 2006, and a white birch tree was cut down on our property, and many other things happened. Also, my car was broken into and $500.00 worth of property was stolen, and our cats went missing Labor Day 2008 when we had been stalked, and our mail box was stalked for hours, and cars sped into the street, and other cars parked.

In 2009 I was slandered and set up to DCFS, a nice mom who’s whole world revolved around my kids, who were teenagers then, ages 14 and 17 when DCFS knocked after years of prior hate crimes went on of vandalism and so on. DCFS asked if my master bathroom was where I prayed and meditated? and that could have been related to hate crimes against my religion also, as I prayed and meditated in my master bathroom and kept my AA meditation books in there, and a Women’s AA Book Study and a book called “ Don’ t Worry About Money” and anonymous callers lied to DCFS and described dreams I had about Angels, and lied my dreams about Angels calling me was illusionary when no they were spiritual religious dreams I had while I was asleep, and the lies told to DCFS were “DISMISS without prejudice” in 2009, and my older daughter was “DISMISS without prejudice” also, because she turned 18 years old in 2009.

So discriminating hate crimes it could be.

I was also doing my spiritual Prophetic channeling on my Angel Board in my master bathroom where no one could see me, as I channel God and Jesus since 2005 that I did on my Angel Board at night at 10 pm and hardly told anyone, I just sat alone doing Prophetic Religious spiritual channeling without saying a word out loud, and did this at night after selling real estate so were these hate crimes committed because of my Prophetic religious spiritual channeling work? as I usually did this at night and started doing this Religious work in the day due to the gang stalking, as I was doing my spiritual channeling on my Angel Board to find out who was stalking? what was going on? and I reported stalking five times in 2008 and I was asked “ is your house under surveillance?” and I said no, my house would never be under surveillance, I am sober a long time in AA, meaning I do not drink or do drugs or break the law so there would never be a reason for a long time sober honest AA lady’s family home to be under surveillance.

In 2009 spring someone lied I was suicidal and I have never been in my life and my answer was “no, I am not suicidal,I am sober in AA since 1985 and my car just broke down and I am just stressed about money.”

Then, the end of 2009 I had a psych eval for Prophetic Jesus Christ channel writing and a list of psychic crime tips, many were from old Angel Board readings and I was ruled at Court Hearing at the psych eval fall 2009 “ Not probable cause there is a mental disorder, not gravely disabled, not a danger to herself or others. A person with spiritual insight since age 11 who is sober in the program of Alcoholics Anonymous a very long time, since Feb 9th, 1985 who reported a list of psychic crime tips in the event they could happen to save her daughters lives, thereby is ruled “A Concerned Citizen”

Many things have happened in the past 17 years as a targeted individual by hate crimes done, and I was legally separated Jan 2000 and got the final divorce almost 6 years later in 2005 fall, maybe people thought I just got divorced but the legal separation was just like a divorce done years earlier, and we split assets, community property then Jan 2000, and I paid the mortgage and bills alone as a single mom real estate agent, and I upgraded the two story house for four years with my money to buy a one story and made equity on it and put it into U S Bank which was Downey Savings and that was my money not my ex husbands and no my mothers money, and maybe people made false assumptions, and had the wrong perception about a single mom hard working realtor who upgraded a house she owned alone to sell it to buy a spiritual peaceful happy family home for my elderly mom to live with us, as I bought it for my family as it large bedrooms for my daughters as teens and to live in as young adults, I had planned, and in 2009 we were run out of town right when my mom was about to move in and the plans made never happened due to the hate crimes of vandalism and lies, then years later I have I D Theft as in 2013 when I opened my paypal account a group of liars lied to aol and they lied outright that my sole owned business paypal was their groups email address when it is only mine and I feel that outright thievery lie could have been told by the ones committing the hate crimes. The vandalism, theft, gang stalking, mail box stalking, probably cat napping, slandering done to a very nice mom who is sober in AA so long, my religion I lead a 12 Step Spiritual life by to not lie cheat or steal and I have spent alot of time in my life working on my spiritual connection and my higher consciousness and I felt like a monk in our house.

Many things have been done to me as a targeted individual and I want Justice to prevail, as I’ve complained about I D Theft for so long for one thing and how I this ruined 20 years of future real estate income I would have made and it ruined the plans for my mom that she had to live with us for us to take care of her, and I lost hundreds of thousands I invested into my one story house I lost and the years we would have lived there together a happy family and there is not a price to put on it.

That is why I D Theft must be stopped as the predators committing hate crimes want the person they hate dead as one day I was walking down the street in early 2020 and as I walked down the sidewalk, a gold suburban hit a telephone pole, and sparks flew everywhere and I could have been dead if I had not stopped to make a phone call for 1 minute, as it was a about twenty feet ahead of me, was it done on purpose? to kill me? or was it an accident ? and a coincidence? hard to say as a Targeted Individual who’s had hate crimes of vandalism committed against them never know for certain but wonder, was that gang stalkers? was it planned?

Is this because of my religion?

As I am a Prophet writer since June 2009 when I became a full open vessel medium and I write for God and Jesus as I wrote for them on my Angel Board, and my work is doing my introverted spiritual religious Prophetic work to save life on earth and I have I D Theft done to my Prophet writer business probably by the discrimination hate crime gang stalkers.
