I started shopping for a house in 2001 with my buyers criteria and updated our two story at the same time to get a good price selling it to have more money to buy another house. I worked hard selling homes and estates to quaify for a new house and to provide for my family. I made a good living and sold a lot of properties, and ran Net Sheets all the time to see what I would make selling in our neighborhood where I sold about 10 houses as the neighborhood expert. Therefore I knew what updates to do to our house to sell it. In 2004 I started working on my fico score to qualify for a loan on a new house, and got my fico up to 790 as I knew what to do do sell and buy and to prepare being a realtor. I did refinance paperwork on the two story in Dec 04 to take equity out to finish the two story updates with carpet, paint, tile etc to list and sell it to buy another house. I had the work done when the refinance loan funded in Feb 05 and listed it in early March 05. I saw the perfect house listed in April 05 and then it was not active and it came Back on the Market in the middle of May 2005, and I knew how to write a good offer to get the house I wanted and I wrote an offer a few thousand over list price that was not contingent on selling the two story house and a $40,000.00 deposit check with my money I had in the bank. I faxed my offer to my mortgage brokers who faxed me a loan Approval Letter for Nancy Fox with Countrywide and the payment estimate was about $3,330.00 a month on a 40 year neg am loan that was not going up for years. I got a swing loan on my two story I bought the one story with as I knew how to do this being a real estate agent who represtened a lot of buyers and sellers. I sold the two story and paid off the swing loan I bought the one story with and it went great in 05 with buying and selling.

I ended up having a $2,650.00 a month payment and $200.00 second that was not going up for 7 years. I did for myself the same thing I did for my Sellers and Buyers. I bought a dated original house on a knoll that was about 2500 square feet, about 700 square feet bigger than our two story we lived in since 1997, the house I bought was 2.2 miles from there, in the same area and it went perfectly.

Readings say they lie it was all the sudden when it was NOT AT ALL, it was a long process and I perservered to sell and buy for 4 years as said, by updating the two story to get a good price selling and by doing what was needed for loan approval on a new house. They say they lied because they wanted to steal my jobs and business and money and identity so they made up a big liar story they fabricated and tell it for 21 years and are still lying today, and saying please do not believe a word she says about how human sex trafficking is done as we say shes dumb and stupid and we know for certain by the house she bought many  years back as a dumb idiot and heres why, she simply ran in an open house and scribbled an offer so fast that was far too much over list price and was so dumb to not think of offering a low bid to see what she might get it for and had no repairs done at all, and just took Fox Family Trust fund account funds from the bank so fast to get it to act important and to show off, and thats why we ran them out on purpose so please do not listen to a word she says as we say that shes one just blowin hot steam for free pay to a Prophet so we take her pay away for years due to the house she bought with family funds she just took without much needed permission LIES LIES AND MORE LIES they tell readings say as I an over honest ethical person bought a house with my money for my family and it went perfectly. There was no such thing as a Fox Family Trust Fund account. I had my money in two banks and I got a swing loan on my two story that went in the bank that I bought the house with. My Mom wanted to go on the house with me and did with her assets only not her money, and that made my payment $3,000.00 a month in the estimate instead of $3,330.00 and it ended up being $2,850.00  a month total, my Mom and I opened a savings that had my money in it, and we opened the account because she went on the house and she did not have any Fox Family Trust Fund accounts, she had her Denise S Fox Family Trust Will a living trust with her the Trustee of her own money, and me the First Trustee and her POA so I would not have needed any permission from anybody being her POA and First Trustee, she wanted to go on the house, and she drove out and we opened the savings account together, and this was a joint account not any family trust fund account, readings say thats a lie they tell about me over honest Nancy Gail Fox aka Nancy G Fox aka Fox-Taylor so people won’t believe the crime tips I write as a spiritual 40 year sober lady, and as someone whos psychic their whole life.
