Grace & Salvation: The Truth

Preface: Carte Blanche Forgiveness

The sections in bold in the Verses below, which is Jesus’ Doctrine contained within the Gospel of the Holy Twelve, as it was recorded by Apostle John, tell us Jesus knew His Doctrine would be modified, and He deemed the transgressors to be the children of the “wicked one.” Apostle Peter, in his epistle to Apostle James, which is in The Clementine Homilies, told James, Jesus’ Doctrine was being modified, and said the “wicked one” was responsible. Jesus’ and Apostle Peter’s teachings make it clear the “wicked one,” was very much involved in: 1- the removal of certain truths from Jesus’ Doctrine; and 2 – the insertion of doctrine Jesus did NOT preach, some of which revolve around grace and salvation.

For instance, the manner in which Paul employed the use of the terms, grace and salvation, conveys a message that those souls who believe in Jesus, and believe He died on the cross to save mankind from theirs sins, through the grace of God will earn their way into the Kingdomof Heaven. Based upon Jesus’ and Apostle Peter’s teachings, those souls who accept Paul’s teachings regarding a soul’s carte blanche salvation, are likely to experience, when they sever the “silver cord” as it is told in Ecclesiastes 12:6-7, a very unpleasant surprise. I’ll share more about that shortly.

Jesus’ Doctrine – Lection 40:6-7

Verse 6. THEN Jesus sent the multitude away and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the field; and he answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed Is the Son of man; the field is the world, the good seed are the children of the kingdom, but the tares are the children of the wicked one. The enemy that sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the world, and the reapers are the angels.
Verse 7. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity, and shall cast them into a furnace of fire, and they who will not be purified shall be utterly consumed. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the Sun in the kingdom of Heaven.

Jesus Doctrine – Lection 44:7-8

Verse 7. But there shall arise after you, men of perverse minds who shall through ignorance or through craft, suppress many things which I have spoken unto you, and lay to me things which I never taught, sowing tares among the good wheat which I have given you to sow in the world.
Verse 8. Then shall the truth of God endure the contradiction of sinners, for thus it hath been, and thus it will be. But the time cometh when the things which they have hidden shall be revealed and made known, and the truth shall make free those which were bound.

Grace

Grace is a term that Christian theology defines it as: “a state of sanctification by God; the state of one who is under such divine influence;” “the conception of grace developed alongside the conception of sin.”

The term ‘grace’ is found numerous times within the New Testament, and the most prolific use can be attributed to Paul, and very often his use connotes God’s bestowal of favor upon souls who have sinned, even though they truly didn’t deserve it. The term ‘grace’ is found once in Luke, 3 times in John, twice in James, 6 times in 1 Peter, once in 2 John, once in Jude, and once in Revelations, and in almost every instance, the use of the term ‘grace’ conveys a different message than most often conveyed by Paul in his epistles.

Salvation

Salvation is a term that Christian theology defines as being: the act of delivering from sin or saving from evil.

Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia, tells us “salvation” is: in religion the saving of the soul, that is, its deliverance from sin and its consequences. It may also be called “deliverance” or “redemption” from sin and its effects. Depending on the religious tradition, salvation is considered to be caused either by the free will and grace of a deity in theistic religions, or by personal responsibility and self-effort, e.g. in the Sramanic and yogic traditions of India.

New Testament: Grace & Salvation

The New Testament’s portrayal of a soul obtaining salvation through the grace of God, and through the shedding of Jesus’ Blood on the cross, to redeem mankind from their sins, are beliefs that are understandably, steadfastly held to by many Christians; after all, as I mentioned, Paul, throughout his epistles, exercised prolific use of the term ‘grace’ of God, and the term ‘salvation’ through Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. The use of these terms by Paul is akin to a soul being able to do as it pleases, yet still be forgiven through the grace of God, and obtain salvation through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. Romans 10, Verses 9 and 10 below are a good example of Paul’s teachings.

Verse 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Verse 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

When one reads the sections in bold above, they believe within their very being, as long as they confess, and believe in Jesus, they will be saved, as it is stated at the end of Verse 9, “thou shalt be saved.” And Paul reinforced that statement in Verse 10 when he wrote, “with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Gospel of the Holy Twelve: Grace

The term ‘grace’ is mentioned in only one Verse of the Gospel of the Holy Twelve, which consists of 96 Lections [Chapters], and they take up 111 pages. The term ‘grace’ is found in Verse 3 of Lection 8:

Verse 8 “And John bare witness of him, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me, for he was before me. And of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was in part given by Moses, but grace and truth cometh in fullness by Jesus Christ.”

This Verse is also found in the Gospel According to John, Chapter 1, Verses 14-17.

By the way, early Church Fathers wrote in their epistles that the Synoptic Gospels were all based upon Jesus’ Original Doctrine, a/k/a, the Gospel of the Holy Twelve. The Synoptic Gospels are Matthew, Mark and Luke, but I have found that the Gospel According to John, for the most part,  also contains Jesus Original Doctrine, and many of its Verses (KJV) are word for word of those found in the Gospel of the Holy Twelve.

Gospel of the Holy Twelve: Salvation

Salvation is mentioned 25 times within the Gospel of the Holy Twelve, and not once does it convey a message such as Paul did in Romans 10:9-10 above.

Doctrine TEACHES Souls HOW to Obtain Salvation

Lection 2, Verse 6, of the Gospel of the Holy Twelve contains a very important statement that is not found in the New Testament, and that is when Angel Gabriel tells Mary the child she will conceive, “shall save the people from their sins, whosoever shall repent and obey his Law.” The section in bold, “whosoever shall repent and obey his Law,” is the part not found in the New Testament, and the fact that it was excluded is very significant. Jeremiah 31:31 prophesied Jesus would bring mankind a new covenant, which is a law. I’ll share more about that later.

Jesus, as did his cousin John the Baptist, preached baptism of repentance for the remission of sins, and to thereafter steadfastly follow the Gospel. And in that regard, Jesus also preached that those who sought to be forgiven their sins, and were forgiven, and then committed one or more of those sins again, would have been better off had they not asked for forgiveness to begin with. The warning I just mentioned, is made very clear when Jesus said in Lection 93:1, “All sin is remitted by repentance and amendment and they are loosed from it, who forsake it and bound to it, who continue it.”

Doctrine Jesus Preached Re: Salvation of the Soul

Not Found Within the New Testament

The section of the sentence above, “would have been better off had they not asked for forgiveness to begin with,” certainly has to be an eye opener; at least I know it was for me when I first read it. Could it mean, according to the church doctrine many of us are taught, that souls who commit a sin or sins again, after being forgiven, will spend eternity in hell? Actually the answer to that question is a resounding NO; Jesus did not preach eternity in hell.

Jesus preached in Lections throughout the Gospel of the Holy Twelve that a soul experiences many lifetimes before it achieves the purification required before it can enter into the Kingdom of Light, the Kingdom of Heaven, and Lection 69, Verses 3 and 4, below, make that clear:

Verse 3 For them that have done evil there is no rest, but they go out and in, and suffer correction for ages, till they are made perfect. But for them that have done good and attained unto perfection, there is endless rest and they go into life everlasting. They rest in the Eternal.

Verse 4 Over them the repeated death and birth have no power, for them the wheel of the Eternal revolves no more, for they have attained unto the Centre, where is eternal rest, and the centre of all things is God.

Verse 3 makes it clear those who have done evil go out and in and suffer correction for ages, and in Verse 4, Jesus emphatically defined “go out and in,” when He stated, “repeated death and birth.” In Verse 3, when Jesus stated, “suffer correction for ages;” the suffering correction, could also mean a soul would spend time in Hades to “consider, and amend their lives,” as Jesus stated in Lection 59:12, but it would also be dependent upon the severity of soul’s transgressions.

God forgives all sin to those who repent

Jesus said in Lection 93:1, “God forgiveth all sin to those who repent, but as ye sow, so also must ye reap,” which tells us there is “no free lunch” as Paul would have us believe in his epistles when he preached grace and salvation. Also, “but as ye sow, so also must ye reap,” tells me that even though a soul received forgiveness for a sin, the soul still has a price to pay, and it would likely pay that price through trials it would have to endure in its next lifetime, that is if it did not make amends for its transgression in its current lifetime.

I want to give you some food for thought, and it is based upon Jesus’ Doctrine that I have thus far presented. I mentioned earlier that those who ask to be forgiven for a sin, and are forgiven, and then commit that sin again, are “bound to it, who continue it,” which is according to Jesus Doctrine in Lection 93:1. Keeping that in mind, as well as Jesus’ statement in the paragraph above, “as ye sow, so also must ye reap,” I am convinced that those who depended upon Paul’s teachings regarding grace and salvation, are in for a huge surprise, and I’m also confident that when they experience another lifetime, the trials they will endure, will not be pleasant at all.

Jesus Fulfilled Jeremiah 31:31

But the Fulfillment is not found in the New Testament

Jesus, in the Gospel of the Holy Twelve, gave mankind new covenants in fulfillment of the Jeremiah 31:31 prophecy, “Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah,” and those covenants countermanded several Hebrew Laws of the Old Testament, which ultimately led to His Crucifixion. Jesus stated in many Lections of the Gospel of the Holy Twelve that a greater than Moses is here, and he shall give you the higher law, even the perfect law, and this law shall ye obey, yet that statement is not found anywhere within the New Testament, nor are the laws He preached against.

Important Points

Before closing I want to make a few very important points:

1  Jesus prophesied His Doctrine would be suppressed, and many things would be taught in His Name that He did not teach;

2  Apostle Peter confirmed His Master’s Doctrine was being changed, and deemed the “wicked one” to be the one responsible;

3  Based upon those two facts, who do you suppose can benefit most from souls following, and believing in false doctrine?

In closing I want to share one last Doctrine Jesus preached, which is Verse 15 in Lection 67:

Verse 15 [Jesus said unto His Apostles] And the cruel and the loveless shall go away into chastisement for ages, and if they repent not, be utterly destroyed; but the righteous and the merciful, shall go into life and peace everlasting.

It’s important to note Jesus did not state, “eternity in hell;” he stated, “be utterly destroyed.”
