Declaring that God wants to bless us with all the desires of our flesh is the new gospel presented by the false teachers in the Christian church, and although it represents idolatry it is widely accepted today.

1 Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned

As well, most believe that they are Born Again and Saved, and therefore that is something they can cross off their list. So instead of a continual growth and a hunger for Spiritual enlightenment, they become apathetic and the experience becomes quite mundane. As well since their so- called pastors are the ones called to share the Gospel of Christ, they do not usually feel led to pursue this ministry. All they need to do is support others who will do it for them. As well, the hope of salvation is far removed from their minds, as they are falsely taught that they already are saved.

Far too many confuse the tingling sensation they experience from an entertaining well orchestrated cinematic like production, at a building called the church, with that of the infilling of the Holy Spirit that comes upon the true faithful members of the church.

Soo many are taught that as long as long as they tithe, and spend an hour or so on Sunday listening to a little preaching, that God is very pleased with them

For those who are really godly folks they take an extra hour of their time and attend a Wednesday night Bible study.

The remainder then, of their time and money is for them to do with as they wish.

This is perhaps one of the greatest lies ever taught, and it leads to a selfish and self-centered materialistic lifestyle that is to be applauded apparently.

We are not to submit to the control of an individual that claims to be god’s representative, nor are we to receive spiritual instruction from them when they teach doctrines of deceit.

How is it that those who claim to be born again are forever learning and never really able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

These actions that are described above have nothing to do with bearing the cross of Christ, and they prove a complete lack of the Spiritual understanding necessary to follow Christ.
