~~A rebellion is brewing in the U.S. with people ready for “a hostile takeover” of the nation’s capital.

No matter what your political leaning there can be no disputing the fact that “local” police should not be looking or acting like branches of the military.

.

Unfortunately, in the police state that is America today, it’s happening in small towns and big cities alike every time a citizen gets stopped and frisked for no better reason than they “look” suspicious. It’s happening on the nation’s highways and byways, where city hall greed disguised as road safety is making a hefty profit off of drivers who have the misfortune of passing a red light camera or a speed camera or a license plate reader. It’s happening in the privately run jails, which are teeming with prisoners doing time for nonviolent crimes that should have landed them with a slap on the wrist and a fine instead of hard time and forced labor.

It’s happening in our airports and train stations and shopping malls, where menacing squads of black-garbed, jack-booted, up-armored soldiers disguised as law enforcement officials are subjecting Americans to roving security checkpoints, allegedly in the pursuit of terrorists. And it’s happening in the schools, where the school-to-prison pipeline is fully operational and busy churning out newly minted citizens of the American police state who have been taught the hard way what it means to comply and march in lockstep with the government’s dictates.

From: Reverse Sting Operations and the Creation of Crime By: Michael Levine To make matters worse, local police stations have received a ton of money from the federal government to conduct reverse stings in every city, county and state across the country. Think Eric Holder and Fast and Furious. Google drug sting or prostitution sting and you’ll see hundreds pop up. You pry have one going on in your own town and don’t even know it.

The controls that the Department of Justice DOJ always used and/or counted upon to prevent the misuse of the Reverse Sting operation, based upon the obvious dangers of entrapping victims into its snare, have vanished.

.

And worse, the tactic has created a safe haven for the most inept and/or corrupt of law enforcement officers and prosecutors while at the same time causing a massive nationwide misdirection of resources and manpower resulting in significant damage to our national security, and it is only getting worse.

.

Reverse Sting operations, is a tactic now being bastardized to widespread misuse in just about every crime known to man, from conspiracy charges related to acts of terror, homicide, and weapons trafficking, to pedophilia, prostitution, and every commercial crime on the books. Police procedures and standards are often violated in the misuse of this technique.

.

We have lost our right to privacy, TSA pat-downs and body scans, NSA Spying, daily we see that an elected body can trample rights the same as a sitting monarch or dictator. Anybody remember this “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized”? It’s from the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The soft tyranny we endure now on a daily basis has turned scores of Americans into reluctant activists, no longer satisfied with participation in mundane “demonstrations” that prove and accomplish nothing.

.

Nearly everywhere you turn, crowds of angry Americans are gathering, no longer content to merely sit idly by and remain spectators to the cavalcade of injustices being perpetuated ad nauseum against We the People by criminal governments that have long since lost their legitimacy.

.

It does not matter if you voted Republican, Democrat or not at all, we have a choice and a responsibility to our children.

.

GET OFF THE NET I WILL SEE YOU IN THE STREETS

What are we willing to do? What are we willing to sacrifice?

.

Are we willing to be arrested and jailed in our fight?

Are we too consumed with our worldly comforts to get out and fight?

.
 

Are we beaten down by our government to where we cower and do nothing?

.
 

When I use the word fight, I mean putting boots on the ground….putting actions to our words.

.

We are now constantly reacting to this government. We need to switch that…we need to get on the offensive.

.

October 22, is a day of nationwide demonstrations. The National Day of Protest to Stop Police Brutality, Repression, and the Criminalization of a Generation.

.

Protesting Mass Incarceration. Protest for civil rights denied to those incarcerated.

.

2.2 million people in prison, more than 80,000 of them held in the torture of solitary confinement, more than 5 million formerly incarcerated people are denied basic rights even after they’ve served their sentences.

.

This is unjust and illegitimate. It must be stopped.

.

For two generations, youth in the U.S. have been shipped off to prison in numbers never before seen anywhere in the world at any time. More than 2 million people, of all nationalities languish in prison—ten times the number 50 years ago. The U.S. has 5% of the world’s population but 25% of the world’s prison population! More than 80,000 people in prison are held in solitary confinement under conditions that fit the international definition of torture.

 We have two choices: Either, we can stand and fight like men or we can get on our knees and beg for mercy.

.

Peaceful marches DON’T WORK take DIRECT ACTION:

.

Oct. 1, middle school, high school and college students are organizing walk-outs and pickets beginning Oct. 1st to protest against the school-to-prison pipeline, high tuition, teacher to pupil ratio, zero-tolerance, and much more.

.

Oct. 9, minimum wage workers from fast food to big box retail will walk off their jobs and commit civil-disobedience blocking entrances to businesses and street traffic.

.

Oct. 17, truckers and dock workers are organizing a strike to shut down all commerce.

.

Oct. 22, over 3,000 protest are planned at police stations, courts and detention centers across the country. Shut ‘em down!

.
