Sizester – Digital images that have a large resolution capture all the details but come with a large file size. While this might not be a big problem when it comes to storing images offline, the large file size can be very problematic while sharing the images online with friends. This is where image resizing applications come in handy. However many such apps let you control only the resolution you want to resize the image – you do not have any control over the image quality of the resized image. Here to offer you that control is a desktop application for Windows called Sizester. Read more: Sizester: A Desktop App to Conveniently Resize Images (Windows) (Free Licences)
DualBrowser – This is one of those apps that I have been searching for, for a very long time. DualBrowser is a fantastic app for the iPad which allows you to split the screen in two, enabling you to browse two different websites at the same time. At $3.99, it is worth every cent. There are many possible uses for this app. Read more: DualBrowser: Browse Two Websites Side-By-Side Simultaneously [iOS]
Incognito This – is a useful extension for the Google Chrome browser that allows users to shift between normal browsing and private browsing, with a single click. Using the hotkey Ctrl + Shift + N does the job of shifting Chrome into Incognito mode. However, Incognito This! also allows users to switch browsing modes when a specific URL is entered into the URL box in Chrome. Croppola – An important part of taking a fantastic picture is what you do with it after. Lining up the shot is all well and good, but cropping the image to make it just right is another skill in itself. Sometimes we need a little help to make our pictures look as good as they possibly can be. That is where Croppola is incredibly helpful. Read more: Croppola: A Super Smart Image Cropping Tool
Remote4Play – Do you love to listen to all your music with Google Play? It’s a great service for listening to your music in the cloud, but what if you want to play it from your computer while you are across the room? Do you want to get up every time you need to change songs? You probably don’t, in which case you should take a look at Remote4Play.
