If the battery level goes down to 5% as monitored by real-time battery life detection, the instant on function backs up your data automatically to SSD to eliminate risk of data loss caused by battery drain.

The charge of the battery is kept 25% longer with Battery Saving Mode. You can manage your battery usage through PowerWiz Utility that gives accurate information about the charge under specific usage condition. It performs fast and efficiently while keeping your energy consumption at a minimum and keeping heat down. It carries SATA 6GB/s solid state drives to support your data transfers. It also comes with USB 3.0 that is faster than USB 2.0.

ZENBOOK Touch applies V-shaped air channel for its thermal and cooling system by increasing air flow. It also uses beryllium copper alloy parts to handle heat better. Heat is directed away from the case through copper fins. It keeps running on lower temperature to sustain longer use and stability. So even though it is powerful and compact, it is backed up by a sufficient cooling system.
