This is the latest addition from the very active Japan based Unitcom, they are calling this one the 7HP-P3543-SP, which is a bit uninspiring but it is part of the popular Lesance NB range of laptops, so it should be interesting. The 7HP-P3543-SP is a 15.6 inch laptop, with Intel Core i7 processors, graphics and chipset, so this is a laptop with decent specs and features, yet it is only going to cost to you around $635 and that represents great value for money.
So we know that this is a great value laptop, but what does it really have to offer the buyer? Well there is the 15.6 inch screen with non glossy HD LCD display offering a 1366 × 768 of pixel resolutions. It is going to be running on the Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 operating system and powered by the Intel Core i7 3630QM processor with 2.4 GHz to 3.4 GHz with 4 cores, 8 threads and a 6 MB Cache. There is support for the Intel HM76 Express Chipset and the video is provided by the Intel HD Graphics 4000 card with integrated CPU. The main memory offers a standard 4 GB of DDR3-1333, with a 500 GB hard disk drive (HDD) and DVD Super Multi drive.
Communications from the built in IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wireless LAN and 1000 BASE TX wired LAN. Other features include the Card Reader for SD / MMC / MEMORYSTICK, Built-in stereo speakers, a couple of super fast connecting USB 3.0 ports, a single standard style USB 2.0 port and of course, the D-Sub & HDMI display out ports. As for the size, this laptop measures up at 14.3 mm to 37.2 mm (H) x 374 mm (W) × 250 mm (D) and it weighs in at 2.3 kilos with the built in lithium-ion battery pack that Unitcom say should be good for around 3 hours and 30 minutes of off the mains power.
