Free Reddit clients for BlackBerry 10
I’m sure many of you enjoy Reddit as a daily read for humor, buzz on today’s news or just overall entertainment. There isn’t an official Reddit client on BlackBerry 10 yet, however there’s quite a few good third party applications available in BlackBerry World you can grab. The two I enjoy are Snooby and Alien Flow. Continue reading to check out brief info and download links for both apps.
My first favorite has to be Snooby. Snooby is a clean and simple Reddit client which gives you full access to the site. Access the most popular Subreddits and even go to your own personal favorites which will automatically save on the left panel. I’m not the biggest Reddit enthusiast, but I do enjoy a couple good Subreddits like pics and BlackBerry (obviously). Snooby is free to download from BlackBerry World.
The second client that caught my attention was Alien Flow. This one has a few limitations, but I’m a fan of the black background with white text – it’s very OS 10.1-like on the Q10! Limitations? You can’t insert your own Subreddits, but can when upgrading to a premium subscription for only $2. That let’s you access your own Subreddits and add them as favorites as well. If you just browse through the standard Subreddits such as (Pics, Worldnews, Gaming, etc), then this one will suite you just fine. Check it out free at BlackBerry World, and go into the settings menu to upgrade to premium only for 2 bucks.
There is quite a variety of Reddit applications available in BlackBerry World, but these were the two free ones I enjoyed most. If you guys have any suggestions, drop us a line in the comments and we’ll be sure to check it out!
