Without examples people cannot refute your “ALL showing” remark, but if it depends upon what you think your eyes are showing you, you may be on shaky ground. But of course you wouldn’t know that because you haven’t done your homework like seemingly all you knee jerk commentators.
To determine the TRUE shape of the Earth is very simple! Simply consult a map of TIME ZONES! If the Earth has a “ball” shape, then the Earth must revolve around a ball shape Sun for the TIME ZONES to work properly. If the Earth is FLAT similar to a table-top, with the North pole in the center and the South being the circular edge. Then it must follow that the Sun must have the shape half of a pie! The Sun must have the half a pie shape for the FLAT EARTH model to be in sync with the 24 time zones! Your EYES tell you that that is not so! Remember also that during WW1, the Germans shelled Paris with a huge cannon, from 78 miles away. On a FLAT Earth, that would not be very difficult, provided the cannon was big enough, as the procedure would be exactly the same as with any other artillery. But in the real World, on our Big Blue Ball, the math is not so simple. The Earth is 24,901.461 miles in circumference. Which means that it is rotating at roughly 1,375.61 miles per hour or 17.293 miles per minute or 0.2882 miles per second! For the fun of it, we will say that the shell of the German super gun averaged 2,000 feet per second during its’ flight to Paris. As Paris was 78 miles or 411,840 feet distant. This means that Paris would have moved 205.92 seconds or roughly 59.35 miles from its original location during the shell flight time! Add to that, the CURVATURE of our Big Blue Ball and you will realize why people everywhere were astounded that the Germans could do it!
