Skeleton Technologies passes $1 billion valuation with a nine-figure investment led by Siemens
Skeleton Technologies has announced a strategic investment from Siemens that brings its valuation to more than $1 billion. CEO Taavi Madiberk described it as a “9-digit investment round led by Siemens,” but the company has not disclosed the amount or named other investors. The money will mainly go toward expanding Skeleton’s US manufacturing and R&D in Silicon Valley, to meet demand from hyperscalers for AI data-center power systems.

Skeleton says GPU clusters can shift between power states in milliseconds, creating rapid load swings, peaks and harmonics. Its systems, built on its proprietary Curved Graphene material combined with power electronics and system-level controls, manage those fluctuations close to the workload. The company claims this eliminates harmonics and delivers up to 40% energy savings and double-digit improvements in GPU performance (Skeleton’s own figures).
