Kicking A Sugar Habit - Is There Hope ? By Marjory Wildcraft

Last weekend was a bi-annual meetup for participants in the school.  And guess who shows up to speak to our group? 

Joe Mercola. 

I only knew a little about Joe – primarily that his website is humongous and he is a major champion of real health through nutrition, diet, and exercise.  Joe gave a really good presentation on the foundation of health with details and specifics.  Most of what he spoke about I was already putting into practice – and topics which I have been planning on getting you to (how to ferment vegetables, growing greens, avoiding processed foods, the importance of gut bacteria, most effective types of exercise, the importance of quality meat, etc.). 

And I still have a nagging little problem (you know me well enough by now to know this is going in a chocolate direction). 

So during the question and answer session I raised up my hand and asked “how do you stop sugar cravings and kick a sugar habit?”. 

I am already late in getting this email out to you – and this is a bit of a teaser, but I’ll get you Joe’s answer in next Tuesdays newsletter (Joe said ‘yes’ there is a way).
