Ascension WITH the body (raising its vibrations) is not entirely unknown, but it is not very common. This is what this long period of adjustment, with increasing Schumann Resonance and declining magnetosphere, ionosphere and heliosphere, has been for.. to allow in more higher frequency radiation from the sun, from the solar system, from the galaxy and from other stars and planets, each of which radiate. And a higher frequency of mind, is what is needed to raise the vibration of the Earth, of our bodies and of each individual life-form, molecule and atom in it. This is how Ascension works. It is a cooperative effort for all life-forms. What we do – how we think, affects all others and from thence rebounds back onto ourselves in either a helpful or harmful manner.

Ramtha makes very clear, in this first paragraph of Chapter 1, that Ascension is WITH THE BODY, that the body goes UP in Vibration. It is not simply a death – a casting off of the physical body at death as we know it – but it is a raising of the frequency of vibration of the physical atoms themselves. We elevate matter by living right.
