New York Jets White Out Uniform

Today, the Jets White Out uniform was unveiled, giving fans their first look at the all-white combination the team will wear during the 2026 home opener. The uniform features the Jets familiar white jersey and pants, but the headline is a new white helmet. The helmet includes a white facemask, a green center stripe and the current Jets wordmark logo in green.

It is a clean look that works especially well with the organization’s return to its classic uniform design. While the Jets have introduced several alternate looks in recent years, this one feels much more traditional. Green and white are the franchise colors, and the new helmet allows the team to go completely white from top to bottom.

Jets White Out Set for Week 2

The Jets will debut the new look when they host the Green Bay Packers at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, September 20. The Week 2 matchup will serve as the Jets’ 2026 home opener.

The organization is calling the game its first “Jets White Out” and is encouraging fans attending the game to wear white. If the crowd embraces it, the coordinated stadium atmosphere could make this one of the more visually impressive home games the Jets have staged.

The Jets have not announced whether the white helmet will appear again during the 2026 season. For now, its confirmed debut will come against Green Bay in one of the most anticipated games on the home schedule.

A Strong Addition to the Jets Uniform Rotation

The Jets already have one of the NFL’s deepest uniform rotations, including their Legacy Green home uniforms, black alternate look, and Gotham City Football Rivalries uniform. Adding a white helmet gives the team another option without moving away from its traditional identity.

Uniform opinions always generate plenty of debate, but this feels like an easy win. The white helmet complements the existing road uniform, the green logo stands out, and the finished combination looks unmistakably like the New York Jets.
