Indiana Fever react to Caitlin Clark’s new Nike ad
We’re just a week away from the release of Caitlin Clark’s first signature shoe, the Nike Caitlin 1s. The Swoosh brand is going all in to promote it, and the star guard has debuted different colorways. Nike released its latest advertisement featuring the three-time All-Star’s “normal” day and job, which the Indiana Fever reacted to.
Clark and her team returned to their winning ways with a 96-77 victory over the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday. The 24-year-old led the way with a game-high 27 points, along with seven rebounds and nine assists. She also shot 9-of-18 from the field and knocked down three three-pointers.
Kelsey Mitchell supplied 20 points, three rebounds and four assists, while Aliyah Boston contributed 17 points and seven rebounds. Sophie Cunningham added 11 points and three three-pointers to help Indiana improve to 28-15.
Fever drops reaction to new Caitlin Clark Nike ad
Nike posted Clark’s new commercial on Instagram. It showed her eating cereals and the company included a comedic narration.
“Caitlin Clark is just a normal girl from Iowa,” the ad said. “Raised to do normal stuff: Cereals for breakfast. Football on Sundays. Golf on her off days. Eventually, she grew up and got a job. At this job, she sells out a variety of arenas, shoots from distances previously considered unnecessary and wears shoes with her own name on them. The media finds all of this extremely interesting. But to her, this is all totally normal.”

The Fever dropped a three-word reaction in the comments section.

,” the team wrote.
Clark and Co. are assured of a playoff spot. However, the final seedings will be determined after all teams have played their last regular-season games. Clark missed the entire postseason last year but is raring to go and help Indiana compete for the championship. The team is currently fifth in the standings.
