Taking A Break

Apologies for not staying up-to-date on my writing lately. I finally just threw in the towel for a few days, because I’m tired. I write personal blogs about my reality, and sometimes I need a break from that. Too much reality over the last few… well, years really. The intensity of the last year, though, has taken it’s toll.

My next step is some IFS exercises. I’ve had terrible anxiety after completing the massive project that was moving into Heron House. I’m just now starting to recover from that. Gotta check in with the Aspects to see who is acting up!

In the meantime, my solution has been finding small projects to work on around our home, taking care of small things that took a back burner for too long (like buying new sunglasses or cutting wood for heating the house.

I’ll be back. Never fear. Writing is my go-to compulsion, so I can’t stay away long.
