The passive, unknowing ignorance of the UFO phenomenon

If UFOs  [UAP} represent an advanced alien species (extraterrestrials), that species is bereft of ethical/moral sentiments, as we understand such things.
 
That is, ETs do not make or act upon morality – determining good from bad – nor do they exhibit compassion or empathy for species they see under duress and other aspects of cruelty or pain. (The supposed action of “kidnapping” entities makes the point also.)
 
Ass the people of Ukraine or victims of volcanic activity exist in moments of dire straits, just as the Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, and other humans were subject to mass death and suffering during WWII, alleged ET visitors remained dormant within the circum- stances that they were observing.
 
After all, they are an advanced species, studying humans for eons, according to Ancient Alien “theorists” and a slew of knotty UFO enthusiasts.
 
UFOs have never clustered near any human disaster nor has there ever been a show of some kind indicating that evil behavior is being observed or noted.
 
And don’t give me the Star Trek Prime Directive. That’s a fictional construct from an entertainment mentality, sensible as it is, but not something within the cognizance of an outer space species, as actions from that species – purported encounters and obtuse visi- tations and contacts riddling UFO reports and lore – indicates.
 
A retinue of UAP (or actual UFO fleets) above or nearby a human catastrophe would surely cause hesitation or thought mitigating the action, if it’s from a human source.
 
A fleet of UFOs around a natural disaster would evoke a kind of salvatory patina.
 
No, UFOs [UAP] are devoid of feeling, thus the phenomenon is either AI in nature or without human-like emotion or under- standing.
 
That’s the clue to the enigmatic phenomenon.
