That Two persons, holding forth as scholars – David Halperin and Bryan Sentes – are presenting encomiums about and for that grand-charlatan Whitley Strieber is more than disheartening, it’s a kind of academic blasphemy.
 
Both men presume to actuate truths, from scholarly thought, yet they tout a man and his writings that are flawed fiction and stated as such by cognoscenti

To go further, would present more about Strieber than I or anyone interested in veracity should allow.
 
Let me conclude by writing that the attention and kudos offered by Halperin and Sentes about Strieber puts them in a category of foolishness that will keep them from these pages.
