DIY Neosporin Ointment

But would you believe this happened to me all within 2 weeks last summer? Lucky for me I had just whipped up a bottle of DIY Neosporin Ointment which I affectionately nicknamed my Boo-Boo Stick!

This homemade ointment consists of 3 powerful essential oils that quickly address pain and stinging while reducing the risk of an infection. I can tell you from personal experience, wounds heal much quicker with this remedy than with typical over-the-counter first aid creams. The bonus is all of these ingredients are natural – no chemicals or synthetic additives!

Ingredients:

10 drops Frankincense
10 drops Melaleuca
10 drops Lavender
5 drops Helichrysum (optional)
Witch hazel

Instructions:

Add essential oils to a 10ml roller bottle
Top off with witch hazel
Shake gently and apply 2-3x daily as needed
