Come and Take It….Oh Wait, You Cant

We all know gun control has been a hot topic for debate, from banning semi-automatic weapons to outright just taking away our second amendment rights. However, we the people have something to say….The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The UN Arms Trade Treaty is still being pushed despite the lack of mainstream media coverage in order to establish a national gun registry which will ultimately lead to confiscation.  This has already begun in states like Connecticut and has been firmly rooted in New York City and Chicago for quite some time where the citizens are not allowed to own any firearms at all.

The people of Connecticut are fighting back against these laws because they know that they will end up like these metropolis hell-holes that just got overrun with rampant crime and corruption when the guns were taken from the citizens.

However, there is a solution….A free man does not ask permission to bear arms, nor is he told under what circumstances that he may do so.

According to the provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44, an unlicensed individual may make a “firearm” as defined in the GCA for his own personal use, but not for sale or distribution.

You may ask yourself….How can I make a firearm? Luckily this has never been easier, we are going to focus on the dreaded assault rifle the AR-15. Today building your own AR-15 has never been easier with most parts readily available in parts kits online, shipped right to your front door without an FFL.

The only part that is regulated by the ATF is the stripped lower receiver which requires an FFL and background check, etc. However, with an 80% lower receiver this does not apply. Like the rest of the parts, this 80% lower receiver can be shipped right to your front door with no FFL.

What is the difference?

The stripped lower comes ready to accept all of the components to make a functioning AR-15 while the 80% lower receiver is considered just a paperweight by the ATF and requires the user to complete some of the remaining operations like the fire control pocket and the trigger and safety holes.

The process may seem intimidating at first but with a little research online you can complete one in under an hour with some very basic tools.

There are companies producing 80% lowers made from polymer. These only require a plastic jig and an electric drill making them incredibly easy to complete….Just drill where the jig tells you to drill.

By simply building your own weapon, you will be fighting back against the gun grabbers in Washington because the weapon you build does not technically exist!

The fight will only get harder and we must not give in. But when they try to ban our guns, we must tell them….Come and Take It.
