The CDC and WHO post all over the place:

Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze
Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell
Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell
Don’t
Touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean

Good advice except that it is killing many thousands for the sake of either profits or just pure ignorance.

These actions can help prevent or possibly reduce the extent of infection in some cases. They do not mention the importance of certain vitamins or possible alternatives in preventing or reducing the effects of coronavirus infection. They also do not mention that certain alternative therapies could potentially stop coronavirus in it tracks once you are infected and reduce mortality as much as 50 percent or even 90 percent. They do not because there would be no need for expensive ventilators and respiratory therapy machines. How would the medical industry make money off of this?

Vitamin D decreases in the winter months due to less sunlight exposure and viral disease, such as influenza, rises significantly. Supplementing with sufficinet vitamin D3 will help reduce and in some cases stop there infections.

Also, while there is page after page in the US attempting to discount the use of vitamin C, This report came from Wuhan China:

“On the afternoon of February 20, 2020, another 4 patients with severe new coronaviral pneumonia recovered from the C10 West Ward of Tongji Hospital. In the past 8 patients have been discharged from hospital. . . [H]igh-dose vitamin C achieved good results in clinical applications. We believe that for patients with severe neonatal pneumonia and critically ill patients, vitamin C treatment should be initiated as soon as possible after admission. . .[E]arly application of large doses of vitamin C can have a strong antioxidant effect, reduce inflammatory responses, and improve endothelial function. . . Numerous studies have shown that the dose of vitamin C has a lot to do with the effect of treatment. . . [H]gh-dose vitamin C can not only improve antiviral levels, but more importantly, can prevent and treat acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress (ARDS).”

This may explain why the US has 37 percent mortality ( CFR ) and China only had about a 4 percent mortality. The Chinese were more interested in saving lives than in expensive respirators and profitable vaccines and antivirals.

As for me, I did use both boosted vitamin D3 and large amounts of vitamin C orally to fight my recent respiratory infection as well as using LVPEF ( low voltage pulsed electric fields ) technology to stay away from the hospital.

We need to take some time and think about what can be done to protect us. It is time to start thinking out of the box. Time to look at alternatives such as low voltage pulsed electric fields, silver water, and other alternatives, not just the standard medical solutions. The reason for this is simple, we need everything that we can add to our arsenal to fight this pandemic. Even things that only increase survival by 1 or 2 percent may be important in the long run.
