Obama flag makes comeback at March on Washington

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

On Saturday, an American flag with Obama’s face in the field that normally holds the 50 stars made a comeback at the March on Washington marking the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King‘s 1963 civil rights march, Twitchy reported.

Pictures of the flag were tweeted by a number of people offended by the ensign.

“I pledge allegiance…,” one person tweeted.

“Ugly & Scary,” tweeted another person.

“I wonder if Michelle Obama would say ‘all this for a d*mn flag’ if she saw this at #MarchOnWashington,” tweeted “Keith Piper.”

An identical flag was removed from a Florida Democratic Party headquarters in March 2012 after veterans bitterly complained.

“It’s a cult of personality to show his face, like Stalin or Mao,” John Masterjohn, a Marine veteran from Leesburg, told the Orlando Sentinel at the time.  “It’s despicable. They don’t realize how sick they are.”

There are Federal and State laws prohibiting the Obama flag.
