The Savagery of the New York State Legislature

It’s astonishing that the passage of legislation authorizing the savage act of slaughtering a full-term child has passed the stone cold chambers of the Assembly, and has failed by only a single vote in the Senate. It’s frightening that we have such a vacuum of leadership among the Democrats, that we can’t expect or barely hope for even a momentary modicum of compassion, as they decide whether one lives or dies.

When did we give our representatives the authority to commit genocide?

Every Democrat in the New York State Senate that voted for the Fuhrer Andrew Cuomo’s Abortion Expansion Act except Ruben Diaz and and Simcha Felder needs to be, not simply defeated in the next election, but bodily removed from office.  And every Democrat in the New York State Assembly except William Colton, Marcos Crespo, Mark Gjonaj, Phillip Goldfeder and Dov Hikind needs to unceremoniously removed as well.

It needs to start with the fuhrer himself, followed by Republican Assembly members Janet Duprey and Clifford Crouch.

In a perfectly imperfect world, we would consider this a test – no one in their right mind among the populace much less our elected Legislature would openly advocate the horrific act of stabbing a scissors into the base of an innocent person’s skull, then “spread to enlarge the opening. The suction catheter is then inserted and the brains are sucked out, causing the skull to collapse. The head slides out easily.”

Because these individuals have failed the simple test of American civility and humanity, they would then be subject to provisions as set forth in the 2^nd paragraph of the United States Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
