Obama is a War Criminal Guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors

Nowhere in the Constitution of the United States does it authorize the President of the United States (POTUS) to order the assassination of American citizens using Predator drone missiles.  Yet Barack Hussein Obama (BHO) has done just that.  He has ordered the military to seek and destroy an American citizen—Anwar al-Awlaki.  Granted, al-Awlaki is a traitor and a despicable citizen of the United States.  However, he still retains the right to be arrested and to receive a trial by jury instead of being assassinated outright.  By BHO going out on a limb and ordering the death of this American citizen, Obama travels down a very slippery slope.  Where will it end?  What will limit him from going after other American citizens who disagree with his corrupt Marxist-socialist policies?  He could assassinate Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Sean Hannity next–among others.  There is no limit to a war criminal such as our current, disgraceful POTUS.

If this POTUS assassinates Anwar al-Awlaki, he will be guilty of war crimes and will be guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors.  Hence, he will be subject to impeachment for such high crimes and misdemeanors.  He is already guilty of bribery when he bribed congressmen and senators using taxpayers’ money to gain their illicit votes to pass Obamacare and other such despicable legislation.  Obama is also guilty of treason for attempting to destroy our country by eradicating the free enterprise system and imploding our economy with manufactured crises employing the Cloward-Piven Strategy.  He is building concentration camps to house the administration’s enemies, which consist of loyal citizens of the United States such as military veterans like you and I.

He is also guilty of aiding and abetting the enemy (i.e., the terrorists including al-Qaeda, HAMAS, Hezbollah, Taliban, etc.) and giving them aid and comfort.  He has provided funds to HAMAS.  He has worked towards eliminating the terrorist detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  He has worked to house incarcerated terrorists on American soil in Illinois.  He has allowed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agents to read Miranda Rights to non-citizen insurgent combatants fighting in the war zones.  He has worked to try major terrorist killers in civilian courts in New York City.  He has released highly classified information on water boarding to the press and public.

Obama is guilty of associating with and befriending dictators.  He has ruined good relationships with our friends and allies (particularly Israel) and has enabled and emboldened our recognized enemies.  He denigrates the United States to foreign powers in their home countries, while speaking at the United Nations (UN), and in speeches to the American people.  He bows to kings and emperors.  He insults royalty and leaders of other countries by returning Churchill’s bust, giving ridiculous gifts to the prime minister of England and to the Queen of England (CDs), and throwing money around the world like we have an unlimited supply of it.  He makes unilateral decisions to disarm America and makes treaties that put the United States at a decided disadvantage against our enemies.  He has joined with a foreign country (Mexico) to wage a legal war against a state of the Union (Arizona) to aid and abet illegal aliens (including al-Qaeda terrorists) to infiltrate the United States.  His administration is attempting to eliminate the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments.

The Fourth Amendment states: Amendment 4 – Search and Seizure.  The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.  This administration violates the right of the people (specifically air travelers) to be secure in their persons…against unreasonable searches and seizures.  The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) violates this right of the people by groping and mishandling their private parts when TSA agents inappropriately use their hands, causing children to scream uncontrollably due to invasion of the child’s privacy (which amounts to no less than child abuse and molestation), and in taking X-ray photographs of travelers’ open private parts.

We are currently at war in the Global War on Terror (GWOT), so Obama commits war crimes.  The Obama administration attempted to scale down the GWOT by renaming it first as Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) and then later as Countering Violent Extremism (CVE).  These terms are meaningless.  We are not conducting police action.  We are still in a GWOT.  Therefore, Obama commits a war crime if he assassinates Anwar al-Awlaki, an American citizen, though as despicable as he may be.  To clarify some of these charges, I have shown some of the applicable, relevant articles from the Constitution of the United States here including definition of terms:

Article II – The Executive Branch, Section 4 – Disqualification.  The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Article III – The Judicial Branch, Section 3 – Treason.  Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.  No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.  The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Treason.  Treason (n) is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country or of assisting its enemies in war.

Corruption of Blood.  Corruption of Blood was part of ancient English penalty for treason.  It was usually part of a Bill of Attainder, which normally sentenced the accused to death.  The corruption of blood would forbid the accused’s family from inheriting his property.  Such bills and punishments were often inflicted upon Tories by colonial governments immediately following independence. 

Impeachment.  Impeachment, in the U.S. and Great Britain, proceeding by a legislature for the removal from office of a public official charged with misconduct in office.  Impeachment comprises both the act of formulating the accusation and the resulting trial of the charges.  It is frequently but erroneously taken to mean only the removal from office of an accused public official.  An impeachment trial may result in either an acquittal or in a verdict of guilty.  In the latter case the impeached official is removed from office.  If the charges warrant such action, the official is also remanded to the proper authorities for trial before a court.
