There’s also a music amphitheater at Laumeier Sculpture Park that features special events throughout the year. These green spaces provide plenty of fresh air and beautiful scenery.

Get A Great View At The Gateway Arch
Want to see some of the best views of the city? Ride to the top of the Gateway Arch. At 630 feet up you really can’t get a better glimpse of St. Louis anywhere else in the city.

Have An Adventure At Forest Park
This urban park draws in around 12 million visitors every year. This is thanks in part to its many activities like golf courses and biking trails. It used to be home to the 1904’s World’s Fair and the World’s Fair Pavilion is a popular spot to take pictures at.

Get Wild At The St. Louis Zoo
With over 18,000 animals, it’s no wonder that this zoo is a popular place to visit. It’s considered to be one of the nation’s top zoos. One of the best things about it is that it’s free to visit. Visitors can ride on the Emerson Zooline Railroad to rest their weary feet and get a guided tour of some of the exhibits or see the Penguin & Puffin Coast. Have A Drink At A Brewery
St. Louis is known for its places to drink, including the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. Here visitors can see the famous Clydesdales and sample some of the beer. Schlafly Bottleworks is also a great place to go on a tour, for free, and sample some of the 50 different beers. Square One Brewery & Distillery is a great place to try something new as it just opened in 2006 and is the first micro-distillery restaurant in the state.

Explore A Museum
There are a few different museums to visit in St. Louis. The Contemporary Art Museum of St. Louis has artwork from both international and local artists. The St. Louis Art Museum has a variety of different artwork available including oil paintings and sculptures.
