Louisiana Flood Catastrophe Was Man-Made
Blaming the Louisiana flood catastrophe on humans, namely the government, is not only an assertion made today by alternative social media geoengineering or environmental modification critics. A south Louisiana mayor on Tuesday publicly blamed the catastrophe on environmental modification (ENMOD) wrongdoing by the state and federal government.
Walker, Louisiana Mayor Rick Ramsey said Tuesday that the flooding in his town was “man-made” and that he plans to file a lawsuit against both state and federal governments.
Ramsey said that last year, the government expanded a six-foot cement barrier built along Interstate 12. That created a deadly situation that prevented rising water from draining from his town. Instead the backflow of water was created.
The new construction essentially put the city of Walker “into a bowl” because, Ramsey said, the barrier prevents any water from draining out of Walker.
“I’ve been begging [the government] for three-and-a-half years to give us more drainage under the interstate,” the mayor said.
Water from the Amite River was held in by the six-foot high barrier and the trapped water then backed up into Walker.
“When the Amite River went up, it hit that wall,” Ramsey said. “We have video evidence that shows the concrete barrier and water lapping over the north shore of the interstate and bone dry on the south of the interstate. They basically built a dam for Walker.”
The mayor added when the Amite River rose, the floodwater hit that wall and some of the water went toward the Millerville Road area and some went into Walker.
Ramsay expects insurance companies across the state to join him in his suit. He been warning the state and federal governments about the potential danger for over three years.
Walker is a city in Livingston Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 6,138 at the 2010 census.
There are 83 oil and gas jobs available in Walker, LA, according to Indeed.com. When submerged, operations like these can leak hazardous amounts of toxic pollutants.
The Federal government recognized the growth of the Walker settlement in 1956 and opened a post officer as Milton Old Field. The town’s motto is, “Just what you’re looking for.”
The flooding was so bad Friday in Walker, Louisiana, caskets were unearthed in St. Mark’s Cemetery. Photos posted by the Walker Police Department on Facebook showed at least two bright yellow caskets floating in floodwaters.
The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques, is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The U.S, is a signatory of this treaty.
The Convention bans weather warfare: the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.
Meanwhile, YouTube user WeatherWar 101 has posted a video claiming to support the notion that geoengineering caused the Louisiana Flood. One might at least say that his video summary of the catastrophe is impressive.
He asserts, “It’s irresponsible for governors and state officials who declare a #FLashFlood State of Emergency, not to understand how the devastating flood happened in the first place. Not when the facts, evidence, and ’1,000 year’ rain source are right here in front of them.

And that is not ANYBODY’s theory. That 33 degree figure is for ALL “greenhouse gases.” Most greenhouse effect theorists say water vapor accounts for 90% to 95% of the effect.

Of course I keep saying that heat leaves the Earth’s surface and heats the lower atmosphere. That’s the atmosphere cooling the surface. And the upper atmosphere cools the lower atmosphere.
And what the “greenhouse effect” is, is antiperistasis. The ancient Greek idea that you can, for example, make something hotter by surrounding it with something cold.

No, it basically simple american incompetence of water management. All the districs don’t work together to deal with floods. Everything is dammed off wuth dykes and that puts pressure on the watersystem down stream. That said, however, why is it that when a Mayor repeatedly pleaded for state and federal officials to rectify a deadly construction and all those officials did was expand the concrete wall to ensure the town would be in a giant fish bowl during a flood?

And yes, I am the one who told YOU that the “computer models” assume that more carbon dioxide will produce more water vapor.
Temperature and air pressure rule, in this matter. And you are assuming that carbon dioxide increases temperature.
It’s a trace gas, measured in parts per million. The infrared it absorbs is radiated into outer space by the oxygen around it. And by absorption / re-radiation all the way up and out.
And that process cannot work in reverse. Heat will not flow from colder substances to warmer ones, without the application of work.
And no, it doesn’t make a difference if you add more heat to the warmer substance. The flow is still from warmer to colder.
Water evaporates. That’s part of the cooling of the Earth’s surface, by the atmosphere.

I don’t deny that man is doing these things, but here is important theological information; nothing, but nothing, in this world happens without the action of God. He either causes positively or allows it. He is in charge of everything. If you think that He just sits back and sees how things will go, you are seriously mistaken. Scriptures tell us that not even a sparrow falls from the sky or a hair from our heads without His permission. He is constantly keeping everything in order. When mankind turns its collective back from God and prefers its idols and sins, then, He gives the “devil his due” and all manner of chaos commences. These things that are happening, and they are only the beginning of woes, are a punishment from God. War, fire, flood, famine, pestilence, every conceivable disaster and accident is coming upon us for our disbelief and unfaithfulness to the laws of God. We now accept as normal, things that the Bible and Christianity have always forbidden. Abortions, divorce, contraception, profaning God’s laws by buying, selling and working on Sunday, without necessity. But of all the evils, the ones that offend God the mosy directly, in the first three Commandments, are routinely broken and disregarded as unimportant. That is because God has been patient and not shown his power in the same manner and as often as in the Old Testament. But you will see, He has simply been waiting for the sinners to convert and the good to become better. He will soon act, as the Blessed Virgin has prophesied in Her genuine apparitions, particularly Fatima, La Salette and Lourdes.

No, they do what they can to save themselves. Now is the time. Chastisement is a certainty. Our final place, where we will spend eternity, is not so certain.
