Speculation has been going around claiming that fluoride is extremely harmful to our overall health. In 2017, a report was published suggesting that exposure to fluoride before birth could lead to poorer cognitive outcomes in the future.
The researchers measured fluoride levels in 299 women during pregnancy and in their children between the ages of 6 and 12 years. They tested cognitive ability at the ages of 4 years and between 6 and 12 years. Higher levels of fluoride were associated with lower scores on IQ tests.
In 2014, fluoride was documented as a neurotoxin that could be hazardous to child development, along with 10 other industrial chemicals, including lead, arsenic, toluene, and methylmercury.
High levels of fluoride can affect our health in a severe way, and since it consists of the water we drink, could you even begin to think of the damage it can inflict on our health?
The topic of whether or not fluoride affects us negatively or positively has been discussed endlessly, however, the most recent studies have proven that it is truly harmful to your health. The Journal of Epidemiological & Community Health released research which confirmed a link among fluoride and thyroid issues, which cause obesity and anxiety.

The Harvard School of Public Health and China Medical University in Shenyang gathered a compilation of 27 studies which offer strong proof that fluoride harms the child’s cognitive development.
Fluoride negatively affects the pineal gland, disrupts the thyroid gland function, detriments the oral health, impairs brain operations, harms the bones and general wellbeing.
However, although it has been thought to be a powerful tooth decay prevention agent for ages, there is no research that can prove this.
It has been established that up to 70% of the U.S. water supplies are filled with fluoride, thus, measures need to be taken.

I can’t vouch for Aquafina. Had some in storage and went to drink it and immediately spat it out (unlike me doughnuts
). Then I heard some of these waters have “flavorings”.
I think Aquafina was one of them. Really? What kind of flavorings??
