I believe what you read. Concerning the russian sub in american waters etc.. I read back in march 2018 that the russians were boasting and laugh about how they undetected snuck into american territory and we never knew it. It went onto say they were( russia) going to do a show about it. Something like our 20/20. This story sounds pretty believeable to me.
