An astonishing new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today (reading as if it was written in 1860 instead of 2017) reveals that America’s Republican Party President Donald Trump has engaged in full assault upon his nation’s Democratic Party “slave masters” that echoes what that countries first Republican Party President Abraham Lincoln did in the mid 19th Century—where Lincoln, just like Trump today, had to battle these Democratic Party monsters to free the United States from the cruel yoke of slavery, but at the cost of a Civil War that left over 1 million dead. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
According to this report, following the cultivation in 1613 of an acceptable tobacco crop in the British colony of Virginia, the need for labor in the British Colonies accelerated with slavery viewed as the cheapest and most expedient way of providing the necessary work force—which between 1618 to 1775, saw 500,000 black slaves from Africa being imported to British North America (present day US) along with 300,000 white slaves from England, Ireland, and Scotland.
Following the American Revolution, that lasted from 1775 to 1783, this report continues, the new United States government continued the practice of slavery, but to much controversy that culminated in 1857 when the US Supreme Court, with seven of the nine justices belonging to the Democrat Party, decided that a black slave named Dred Scott was not a citizen, but property—with Chief Justice Roger Taney, appointed by Democrat Party President Andrew Jackson, stating that slaves were “so far inferior … that the Negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for their own benefit.”
Founded in 1854, just three years prior to the “Dred Scott Decision”, this report details, the 1860 presidential election saw the anti-slavery Republican Party field its first candidate Abraham Lincoln—and who upon his taking office, the slave States of that nation began to secede from the central government (called the Union) creating their own nation called the Confederate States of America.
Vowing to keep the Union intact, this report notes, President Lincoln engaged in a bloody Civil Waragainst the Confederate States of America lasting from 1861 to 1865—and which after this conflict, on 6 December 1865, the Republican Party led US Congress passed the 13th Amendment to their nation’s Constitution abolishing slavery in the United States.
Following the 1865 freeing of all slaves in America, this report continues, Republican Party US Congressman Thaddeus Stevens introduced, on 5 February 1866, new legislation to give all former slaves “40 acres and a mule”—but after being passed by the Republican Party led US Congress was vetoed by the Democratic Party President Andrew Johnson—and which then caused the Republican Party led US Congress to override President Johnson’s veto passing the Civil Rights Act of 1866 that conferred rights of citizenship on freed slaves .
After the Civil Rights Act of 1866 became law, however, this report notes, the Democratic Partycontrolled States that belonged to the former Confederate States of America began enacting what were called “Jim Crow Laws” to enforce racial segregation—and whose draconian racial laws continued to be enforced until the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was made into law by the Republican Party.
Still not content to let slavery die in America, though, this report details, the Democratic Party, after the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, began a decades long strategic plot to enslave their nations former black and white slaves by creating vast modern day plantations called inner city ghettos—and that are nearly indistinguishable from the vast plantations of the Confederate States of America whose slaves were kept (from cradle to grave) totally dependant upon their “masters” for everything from food to housing—and who even now are kept in abject poverty.
Seeking to put an end to the slavery practices of the Democratic Party, this report says, President Trump, during the final months of his campaign, railed against these modern day “slave masters” by exposing them for what they are, and who stated: “The Republican Party is the party of Abraham Lincoln…It’s also the party of freedom, equality and opportunity…It is the Democratic Party that is the party of slavery, the party of Jim Crow and the party of opposition.”
As to how the Democratic Party conducts its vast modern day slavery operation throughout America, this report explains, is through the vast importation into their country of black and brown peoples from Mexico and Central America—and whose cruel methods of transport into the United States are no less deadly and humiliating then the slave ships that plied the seas with their slave cargo during the 18th and 19thCenturies.
Once these modern day slaves are imported into America, this report grimly notes, the Democratic Partythen spreads them throughout the US into what are called “sanctuary cities”, which they control, where they can be held, and abused, out of the reach of President Trump and his modern day Union forces seeking to end this barbaric practice.
To why the Democratic Party continues its centuries long practice of slavery in America, this report explains, is due to its being beholden to the largest corporations in the US—and who, like their slave master ancestors before them, need the cheap labor these modern day slaves provide—in their own homes as servants, in their fields taking care of crops, building their buildings, in their industries, stores, restaurants, and warehouses where slave wages are still being paid.
In striking back against these Democratic Party slave masters, this report continues, President Trump has established what is called the “Blue Campaign” through his Department of Homeland Security to strike at the very heart of the slave routes importing slaves into America—while at the same time his Department of Justice is waging war on the “sanctuary cities” the Democratic Party is housing their new slaves in.
Like President Lincoln too, who was so vilified by the “fake news” press as a fool and charlatan to such an extent that he had to be smuggled in wearing a disguise to take his oath of office because of the hatred towards him, this report says, so is President Trump being portrayed by these Democratic Party slave masters and their propaganda media as being unfit for office—and to the terrifying extent that just this past week, the Obama regimes CIA Director John Brennan called for a military coup to overthrow Trump.
Also, like President Lincoln before him, this report continues, President Trump is facing the fracturing of the Union with the Democratic Party controlled State of Massachusetts now calling itself a “sanctuary state” immune from US federal law, and the Democratic Party controlled State of California having its voters decided if they will secede from the United States to become their own country.
What remains unknown at this time, this report concludes, are to what lengths President Trump will go to preserve the Union against these rebellious Democratic Party slave owners seeking to destroy him at any and all cost—but who has, if he so chooses, an exact blueprint on how to do so as demonstrated by President Lincoln, who in his time wanted to “Make American Great Again” too—but who had to jail nearly 15,000 Democratic Party journalists and sympathizers, shut down hundreds of Democratic Partypropaganda newspapers, and send his federal forces to reestablish total control over the entire United States before he was able to do so.

If the foreign owned fed corporation that is bankrupt for the third time now went away along with the other foreign slaves owners called the fed and the irs which is a Puerto Rico Trust and a division of the IMF, we would all be better off. No more foreign entanglements would occur and we can take care of our own problems at the state level.

Constructive Fraud Law and Legal Definition
Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which the other person relies with resulting injury or damage. Fraud may also by made by an omission or purposeful failure to state material facts, which nondisclosure makes other statements misleading.
Constructive fraud is considered fraud under the law although deceptive intent is missing because it has the same consequences as an actual fraud would have. It is a finding imposed in the interest of fairness and justice, such as to prevent violation of a public or private trust or confidence, the breach of a fiduciary duty, or the use of undue influence.
Black’s law dictionary defines constructive fraud as “all acts, omissions, and concealments involving breach of equitable or legal duty, trust or confidence, and resulting in damage to another, 38 Cal Rptr. 148, 157; i.e. no scienter is required. Thus the party who makes the misrepresentation need not know that it is false.’”
All collections of income tax paid to the private Federal Reserve are retired from circulation the same way they are created by banks in the so-called loan process—by computer-keypad keystroke, in exchange for the borrower’s promise-to-pay; to wit:
The purpose of income tax is to remove from circulation a substantial portion of the digits of credit “loaned” into circulation by banks by bookkeeping entry in the so-called loan process.
Unless a significant amount of the digits “loaned” into circulation by the banks are collected by the IRS in the form of FRNs from (1) payments of income tax, (2) seizure and sale of real and personal property, and (3) seizure of bank accounts and paychecks and thereafter gifted or bequeathed (31 U.S.C. 321(d)(1) and (2)) to a non-U.S. Government employee and proxy / agent of the private Federal Reserve, i.e., the Secretary of the Treasury,[19] for transmittal to the private Federal Reserve as payments of interest on the national debt and thereupon retired from circulation, inflation skyrockets, prices go through the roof, and the fraudulent nature of the fractional-reserve banking system of the private Federal Reserve can be concealed no longer.[20]
Congress transmute Americans into corporately colored franchisees
The only Americans who allegedly are liable to income tax are called individuals (26 C.F.R. 1.1-1 Income tax on individuals), a.k.a. taxpayers.
The statutory term “individual” is defined at 5 U.S.C. 552a Records maintained on individuals as follows:
“(a) Definitions.—For purposes of this section—
“. . . (2) the term ‘individual’ means a citizen of the United States or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence;”
The phrase “citizen of the United States” means resident of the District of Columbia (see Memorandum of Law, August 10, 2015, p. 15, paragraphs 44–45).
The phrase “alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence” means American non-resident of the District of Columbia who appears to have made an election (choice) to be treated as a resident of the District of Columbia (id. at 15–17, paragraphs 46–51).
The statutory so-called individual is an artificial person, a creature of the law in the nature of a corporation and, like a corporation, designated by a name written in ALL-CAPITAL LETTERS (style of writing a proper noun for which the rules of English grammar make no provision).[21]

Cite Constitutional authority. the Constitution confers upon Congress no power of territorial legislation over person or property anywhere in the Union.

There is No Law Requiring The People of The United States To Pay Taxes To The IRS.
• It’s always difficult to prove a negative, but those who know, understand there has been no law requiring citizens of The United States of America to pay taxes to any Federal Agency, much less Puerto Rican Trusts with secret owners.
No Rule for Failure to File a Return
According to 44 USC, every regulation or rule must be published in the Federal Register and must be approved by the Secretary of the Treasury. If there is no regulation, there is no implementation of the law. There can be found: no regulation governing “failure to file a return”; no regulation governing “failure to file,” and no computer code for “failure to file.” Oddly enough, there is a requirement stating where to file an income tax return, and 26 C.F.R., Section 1.6091-3 states that “Income tax returns are required to be filed with the Director of International Operations.” Note the word “International.” Who is this Director?
