The Missouri House of Representatives on Monday passed a ban on the United Nations sustainability plan Agenda 21 after a spirited discussion of space aliens and how Walmart could avoid zoning laws to build more stores.”*
The Republicans are making good use of their time in office. Agenda 21 from the United Nations is in no danger of being implemented in any part of the United States. Still, the Missouri House passed a meaningless resolution against it. Republican reps in Kansas are also losing it over Agenda 21 (still not a danger…) and are going to ridiculous lengths to stop it. In 1993 President Bill Cinton signed executive order #12852 calling for the establishment of a commission to oversee the implementation of agenda 21 in the United States.
