What Actually Happened to Perez Hilton?

Perez Hilton (real name Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr.) is often called “the original celebrity social media influencer.” He was indeed ahead of his time, as he rose to prominence with snappy blog posts featuring pictures and captions years before social media even existed.

The name of the blog he launched in 2004? PageSixSixSix. Yes, as in 666. Keep that in mind.

PageSixSixSix is actually an apt name to describe whatever is happening in Hollywood. Also, it is an accurate way of describing what will eventually happen to him, over 20 years later, as he’ll end up headlining gossip websites himself.

That’s because Hilton did not merely remain a blogger; he became a celebrity himself and mingled with some of Hollywood’s biggest names.

Industry Darkness

When one deals with the higher-ups of the industry, things are bound to get weird. And they did.

For instance, in 2008, Perez was on the set of the 2008 movie Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild with RuPaul. Other than the fact that the interview (and the entire movie) is gross and reeks of sexual exploitation, it took a bizarre direction.

The context of this video is just disturbing. After talking about “naked gorgeous men” and a “tranny” performing fellatio on four men during the weekend, Perez asked if RuPaul was in a “relationship with God.” After looking somewhat embarrassed, he answers:

“I’m actually in a relationship with Satan.”

Then Perez continues:

“We love Satan!”

And RuPaul adds:

“Join us, won’t you?”

No, RuPaul in 2007. I won’t join you. But keep that interaction with Perez Hilton in mind.

During the same period, Hilton achieved greater celebrity status and became involved in some symbolic industry madness.

So, yes, he was a walking one-eye sign. Also, these pictures later sparked rumors of him being part of the “black eye club” – a sign of submission to the occult elite.

Strange fact: about two years later, Perez infamously got a real black eye. Indeed, on June 22nd 2009, after the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Perez Hilton was involved in a confrontation with members of the Black Eyed Peas’ entourage and got punched in the face by their tour manager. The circumstances behind this event remain nebulous.

Hilton also took part in a variety of projects involving A-list celebrities.

Since then, Hilton’s celebrity status somewhat tapered off as he became reviled for doing controversial things such as outing gay celebrities (i.e., former NSYNC member Lance Bass) and posting upskirt pictures of Miley Cyrus when she was 17 years old.

In the years that followed, he became the father of three children through surrogacy and, in 2026, he moved to his birthplace of Miami to be close to his family. And things got bad.

A Tumultuous 2026

In March 2026, Perez was hospitalized for 21 days due to the “worst flu of his life” which he said led to a perforated stomach ulcer, sepsis, surgeries, and other complications.

During that health scare, Hilton said God “presented Himself” to him in a lucid, real encounter he described as miraculous and life-changing. He stated he was “never a believer until now,” began reading the Bible, planned to take his children to church, and publicly identified as a Christian afterward.

Perez was raised Catholic, was baptized, received First Communion and Confirmation, and attended Jesuit school for seven years. However, he said he was never a true believer and later described himself as agnostic (or maybe he was in a “relationship with Satan).

However, in videos following his hospitalization, he was adamant that he underwent a full conversion. In one video shared to his fans, Perez said:

“I’ve been crying, but happy tears. Happy tears. Because this is just, this is just so crazy. I’ve been reading the Bible, and so much of what is said here I had already been thinking of. It’s just overwhelming in the best, most beautiful way.”

While some believed that his conversion and his pledge to be “less mean-spirited” were the start of a new, healthier life, things took a deeply horrific turn a few months later. Indeed, on August 4th 2026, Perez livestreamed on TikTok, harming himself using a knife. The leaked graphic images shocked the entire world.

Possessed

First, I strongly suggest resisting morbid curiosity and not watching that video. It is cursed. But I did because part of my job is to document the darkness of Hollywood. It is also part of my job to expose it, and I need to post at least one (blurred) screenshot of the livestream to illustrate one point: It wasn’t your “cut lines in my arm because I’m depressed” type of self-harm. It was a “drenched in blood because I’m possessed by a demon” type of self-harm.

For long and horrific minutes, a naked Perez who is entirely covered in blood slashes himself multiple times, sometimes making noises that resemble moaning of pleasure.

Authorities later described what happened to Perez as a “severe mental-health crisis.” However, after witnessing that footage, one word immediately came to mind: Possessed.

I’m not qualified to make any medical or spiritual diagnosis, but this is the energy I (and many others) immediately felt from the footage.

The day after the incident, Perez’s sister, the only eyewitness to what followed, gave an interview to (ironically) Page Six. What she describes could easily be applied to possession.

“That afternoon, Mario was in his bedroom with the door closed and locked, which wasn’t like him, his door was almost always open.”

Hilton, 48, stopped responding to her when she tried to check in, prompting Lavandeira, who was visiting from California, to become concerned.

“When I knocked, he said he was fine, but I could barely hear him,” she said. “After I knocked a few more times and asked him to open the door, he stopped responding. I tried calling his cellphone in case he couldn’t hear me, but he wouldn’t answer. Something just felt wrong.

“I unlocked his bedroom door and realized he was inside the bathroom. I knocked several more times and told him I was going to come in if he didn’t open the door. He still didn’t answer, so I unlocked it.”

Lavandeira then recounted the devastating moment she realized something was terribly wrong as she came face-to-face with her brother.

“When I opened the door, my nightmare became a reality,” she said. “Mario was standing in front of the shower, naked, cut up, covered in blood, with a box cutter in his hand.”

It was a moment she will never be able to erase from her memory.

“What I can say with certainty is that I didn’t recognize my brother when I looked at him. I saw it in his eyes. They didn’t look the same. Then, a split second later, he smiled at me. It felt like I was staring at someone else,” she shared.

In a total panic, Lavandeira fled the bathroom and quickly led Hilton’s three children — Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, 8 — out of the house.

“I left the room, grabbed the car keys and yelled for the kids to run to the car. Thankfully, our mom wasn’t home at the time, and I was able to get everyone out quickly,” she said.

Once the children were safely in the car, Lavandeira dialed 911.

“The first call I made was to the police. Then I messaged my best friend, who lives nearby, while I was on with dispatch, and asked her to please come get the kids and take them away from the scene,” she said.

While “much more happened” in the hours that followed, Lavandeira, who has an extremely close relationship with her older brother, said she is going to “leave out many of the specific details” because “they’re too painful, graphic and overwhelming.”

His sister stated that she “did not recognize” her brother and that “his eyes didn’t look the same.” And, when he creepily smiled, she felt she was “staring at someone else.” That’s exactly how one would describe a possession. Or, at the very least, something with a spiritual dimension.

His sister also mentioned that “much more happened,” but she won’t disclose them due to their traumatic nature.

While one can only wonder what happened, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office incident report revealed a disturbing fact. When his sister attempted to flee in a car with his three children, Perez ran out outside, naked and covered in blood, and started banging on the driver’s seat window. Pure horror.

Hilton was forcibly hospitalized under Florida’s Baker Act, the equivalent of California’s 5150 involuntary 72-hour psychiatric detention. As seen in previous articles, celebrities such as Britney Spears and Kanye West were also “5150ed,” which is often code for “reprogramming.”

A Media Event

An odd fact about this unfortunate livestream is how widely it was broadcast. It’s almost as if “they” wanted the world to witness its disturbing horror. Indeed, while TikTok’s automated systems supposedly flagged the livestream within minutes, a “moderator error” apparently delayed its removal. The stream remained up for roughly 15 minutes (according to TikTok, some reports claimed nearly 30 minutes). Then pictures and videos circulated widely on social media for days as platforms apparently let them proliferate temporarily.

Then there’s Hilton’s own social media activity right before the livestream.

Strange coincidence? Or strange industry?

In Conclusion

Perez Hilton had a rather tumultuous spiritual path that seems to have led him to all kinds of extremes. After attending Jesuit school for over 7 years – an order with occult tendencies that would deserve its own article – Perez “rebelled” against his upbringing and became an openly gay celebrity who went deep into the dark side of Hollywood. As seen above, he was closely involved with celebrities that were often discussed on this site (such as Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and others) and even took part in some of their symbolic videos. He even “joked” about being a satanist several times.

Bizarrely enough, Perez’s self-harming incident occurred only a few months after converting, very publicly, to Christianity. What exactly happened in the past months? Did he really try to change his ways? Was it all an act? Was it a split personality as some theories suggest?

At this point, it is hard to say. One thing is for sure, celebrities who run to Christianity have often seen some dark, horrific stuff in their past. And, maybe, Hilton’s “mental health crisis” is due to a profound “spiritual health crisis” he has undergone in the past decades.
