Tell that to the artist(s) , The internet is a wonderful thing, yet it has caused many artists of all flavors to loose greatly. Books, Music and yes even digital art are being used with out giving anything to the artists who made it. It makes the saying “starving artists” even more commonplace, unless they are in the ‘PoP’ section and are bought on a mass scale. There is no pickle in any orifice here bud, just people who are pointing something out.
Funny thing is, if asked many digital artists will let you use their work if you just give them credit and a link to their own home page. Go hunt around DeviantArt and find thousands of artists who are willing.

Quick comment, just because a picture is available through google search engine it is not a pass for use elsewhere on the web unless it has a CC licence to go with it. Or it is a stock site dedicated to hosting pictures for public use, tho most are pay to use.
