IBIS Branding and Nexus54 Announce Joint Venture to Provide Fully Integrated Branding Solutions

Dubai, UAE; January 15, 2015 : IBIS Technologies FZC and Nexus54, LLC today announced a joint venture to server UAE market jointly for their customer needs. Organizations combine strengths to provide 360 degree branding solutions in Dubai.

The joint venture combines the global resources and expertise of IBIS Branding, Nexus54 and their several brands. The joint venture will operate under the name of Nexus54 from its Dubai office, including its production unit for interior fit out, corporate event branding & exhibition design services. The joint venture will capitalize on the strong reputation of Nexus54 as a leading exhibition and event branding service provider and on IBIS’ strength in the digital marketing, web design & lead generation services.

The joint venture will combine several lines of branding business of both companies. These brands include Printosh®, SEOTurn & YallaSite®. Now our valuable clients will have one source for all their branding, design, promotion, printing, manufacturing and installation needs.

The UAE market to be served by the joint venture is approximately $150 million, with substantial growth expected over the next several years due to Dubai nomination for Expo 2020. It is anticipated that the joint venture will be able to capture a significant share of that market, and accordingly, the annual revenues within the next two to three years are expected to be in excess of $20 million.
