Jesse James’ fifth mistress has surfaced, and like the others she is a former topless dancer covered in tattoos, Radaronline.com reports.
Merilee Gerth worked for Jesse at his West Coast Choppers shop until 2007, when she ended their relationship and he fired her. Merilee hired Gloria Allred to sue him for sexual harassment and they settled out of court for a six-figure sum, according to a source.
