If Paul's scam had a name...It would be 'Conversion', which actually means a turning in direction in the Greek NOT a turning into something else

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

‘Converting’ is NOT what Pharisee Paul claims…nor is it related to the promise of Jeremiah 31:33.  It is to change direction {Strongs 4762 ‘to turn’} whomever does it  …EVEN GOD CONVERTS in verse 42 below.

39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and IN THEIR HEARTS TURNED BACK [estraphēsan] again into Egypt,

40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

42 THEN GOD TURNED [estrepsen], and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?
Acts 7

Strongs Greek 4762 is often related to regret, NOT turning into something else (exception: inanimate objects lacking free will)

“Then when Judas, who had betrayed Him, saw that He had been condemned, he FELT REMORSE AND RETURNED [estrepsen] the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders”  Matthew 27:3 NASB

Judas took the silver, felt bad for those consequences…then turned and gave it back trying to undo the damage. Classic regret.

And here’s Mary ‘converting’ herself twice…

14 And when she had thus said, SHE TURNED [estraphē] herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.

15 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Mary. SHE TURNED [strapheisa] herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.

John 20

AND Jesus ‘converts’ so much I can’t keep track, so I’ll just post one and list references for this very same Strongs Greek #4762.

“But HE TURNED [strapheis], and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” Matthew 16:23

Matthew 9:22
NAS: But Jesus turning and seeing her said,

Luke 7:9
NAS: He marveled at him, and turned and said
KJV: and turned him about, and said

Luke 7:44
KJV: And he turned to the woman,

Luke 9:55
KJV: But he turned, and rebuked them,

Luke 10:23
NAS: Turning to the disciples, He said
KJV: And he turned him unto

Luke 14:25
KJV: with him: and he turned, and said unto

Luke 22:61
NAS: The Lord turned and looked at Peter.
KJV: the Lord turned, and looked upon

Luke 23:28
KJV: But Jesus turning unto them

John 1:38
KJV: Then Jesus turned, and saw

HERE’S some ‘converting’ pigs

“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and TURN AGAIN [straphentes] and rend you.” Matthew 7:6

Would this be Paul’s 3rd or 4th ‘conversion’ story?

“…but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, WE TURN [strephometha] to the Gentiles.” Acts 13:46

‘Convert’ those cheeks

”But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, TURN [strepson] to him the other also.” Matthew 5:39

So WHAT did Jesus mean by ‘be converted’ in Matthew 18:3?  Apparently lack of humility causes God to do the following…

“He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and BE CONVERTED [straphōsin], and I should heal them.” John 12:40

CONCLUSION: When one does see and understand, the proper response is to be turned/converted…which leads to healing (God’s response)!

Strongs Greek strephó: to turn, i.e. to change
Original Word: στρέφω

4762 stréphō – properly, to turn (transition); (figuratively) to convert by changing (switching) direction, i.e. go the other way (an “about-face”); taking an opposite or divergent course. 4762 (stréphō) usually has a straightforward meaning (“turn”), graphically illustrating dynamic change (transitioning).

Having ones’ nature converted into the Holy Righteous Nature of God the Father by the circumcision without hands which is the cutting away of that carnal human nature all are born with — is what is required.

      Colossians 2: 11

11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh — by the circumcision of Christ:

Without a complete change in mind and in nature you will not be allow into the Kingdom of God i.e. the Family of God.

Christ says we must – BE – Converted – that does not mean we just turn around — something IN US must BE converted and it is GOD that does the converting not we ourselves—- do you also reject Jeremiah as you do Paul?

      Matthew 13
15 For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and [their] ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with [their] eyes, and hear with [their] ears, and should understand with [their] heart, and should BE converted, and I should heal them.

      Matthew 18
2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye BE -converted,– and become as little children, —–ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

      John 12: 40

40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with [their] eyes, nor understand with [their] heart, and BE converted, and I should heal them.

and Sharon the “Law” that will be put in your mind and nature is the TORAH — all 5 books of it.

“Christ says we must – BE – Converted – that does not mean we just turn around”… YES IT DOES! WE JUST TURN AROUND because we now see and understand what previously we did not.

‘Converted’ is the English mis-translation —–The Greek is ‘TURN (as in direction)’…any translation that does not use the word ‘turn’ is an INTERPRETATION — period.

This entire article documents that FACT

‘Turning’ is something anyone can do…but the new covenant promise to the house of Israel in Jeremiah 33:31 is a work done on them by God AFTER they are brought back to the land he gave them.
The timing is crystal clear

Listen to the prophet Jeremiah, “AFTER THOSE DAYS, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts…” After what days?!

“For, lo, THE DAYS COME, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people ISRAEL AND JUDAH, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to RETURN TO THE LAND that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.” Jeremiah 30:3

“in the latter days ye shall consider it” v.24

The ENTIRE CHAPTERS of 30 and 31 regard this return or 2nd exodus followed by a new covenant.

One would have to call God a liar to say this has already occurred in Jeremiah 31:34…

“And THEY SHALL TEACH NO MORE every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

sharon I just posted my paper

          So Sharon

you — on your own power are going to turn from the ways of this world — on your own — and follow Christ —- good luck

Remember Christ says to some it is not given???

          • sharonjorgen

Tseeker writes “on your own power…turn from the ways of this world”…YES! THAT IS the expectation of Christ…and people do it every day when given a 2nd chance!

Foolish ones CHOOSE instead to return to vomit like dogs, right? However a wise man can build upon him…”hear these sayings of mine, and do them”.

10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: GO, AND SIN NO MORE.
            John 8

“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: SIN NO MORE, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” John 5:14

And John the Baptist said PROVE IT!
“Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance” Matthew 3:8

THEN IF THE REPENTANCE is true…”to some it is given”, otherwise what was the use of John’s ministry [to prepare the way  ]

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. EVERY MAN THEREFORE THAT HATH HEARD, AND HATH LEARNED OF THE FATHER, cometh unto me.

            John 6

Jesus is quite clear that there is a prerequisite/condition/requirement for being drawn and coming unto him: “HATH LEARNED OF THE FATHER”…which obviously begins with a study of the Torah and prophets since no ‘New testament’ was yet written!!!

10 The great God that formed all things both rewardeth the fool, and rewardeth transgressors. [Given a second chance]

11 As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly. [Does not change his ways]

            Proverbs 26

      Convert, Conversion

Although the term “conversion” is common in theological and religious discussion today, it was a relatively rare term in the Bible. In its current popular usage it refers to someone who has come to Christ or become a Christian. The biblical roots of the concept involve the use of two terms that mean “to turn” (Heb. sub; Gk. epistrepho [ejpistrevfw]). However, the New Testament usage is more like the common theological meaning. Examples of conversion, outside the New Testament, emerge when one looks at the term “proselyte, ” the convert from a Gentile way of life to Judaism. Such an example pictures in everyday Greek terminology what a convert looked like.

The Old Testament. The concept of conversion is actually very rare in the Old Testament. The key term for “turning” is used in a variety of ways that really do not describe conversion. (1) It can refer to nations turning to God in the future ( Isa 19:22 ). (2) It can describe an Israelite returning to God or, negatively, failing to do so ( Isa 6:10 ; 31:6 ; Jeremiah 3:10 Jeremiah 3:12 Jeremiah 3:14 Jeremiah 3:22 ; Amos 4:6 Amos 4:8 Amos 4:10 ; Zech 1:2-4 ). A good illustration of this force is Jeremiah 4:1-2, where the call is to return to God by letting go of idols. (3) Sometimes God is said to return to his people ( Isa 63:17 ; Amos 9:14 ). In the Old Testament the passage that comes closest to meaning “convert” is Isaiah 55:7. Here the wicked are called upon to turn to God for mercy and pardon of sin. Those who thirst are to come.

In Judaism. Technical terminology for turning does not occur here, but the example of the proselyte coming to Yahweh from Gentile origins does. Tobit 1:8 and 13:11 recognize the presence of such proselytes in the synagogue. The term for proselyte is the Hebrew term for “alien” (ger [rG]). Such proselytes would be circumcised, picture their cleansing by engaging in a baptismal washing, offer sacrifices, and would be expected to live a life of moral virtue in contrast to their pagan past. The outstanding picture of such a conversion is the pseudepigraphical story of Joseph and Aseneth.

The New Testament. In the New Testament conversion seems to summarize the call of the church in response to Jesus’ commission to preach repentance for the forgiveness of sins to all the nations, as the Old Testament called for ( Luke 24:43-47 ). In sum, conversion is a turning to embrace God. So on a few key occasions the concepts of repentance and turning appear together in Acts ( 3:19 ; 26:20 ). Repentance reflects the attitude one brings into conversion, while turning pictures the change of orientation and direction that comes as a part of it ( 9:35 turned to the Lord; 11:21 alongside a reference to belief; 14:15 turn from worthless things; 15:19 turn to God; 26:18 turn from darkness to light). This is often Luke’s way of describing what Paul refers to as faith, although Paul can speak of “turning to God from idols” as well ( 1 Thess 1:9-10 ). First Peter 2:25 uses the picture of coming to the great shepherd to express this idea. As one can see, the term can describe what one has turned from or can indicate to whom one turns.

Examples of converts appear throughout the Book of Acts, although the technical terminology is not present. Among such examples are Paul’s change of direction at the Damascus road, Cornelius, the instant response of the Philippian jailer, and the picture of Lydia.

“Examples of converts appear throughout the Book of Acts”…the book of Acts is a continuation of Luke’s lying account as I’ve previously documented b/c he and Mark were most definitely in cahoots with Paul. This is the biggest conspiracy of the past 2000 years.

“The concept of conversion is actually very rare in the Old Testament.” Absolutely NOT!!
Since ‘converting’ is ACTUALLY ‘turning’ there is nothing rare about it at all :!:

And when god does the ‘converting’ of a people it means the exact same thing

“For, lo, The days come, saith the Lord, that I will BRING AGAIN [7725] the captivity of my people ISRAEL AND JUDAH, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to RETURN [7725] TO THE LAND that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.” Jeremiah 30:3

The equivalent Hebrew word IN THE TORAH leaves no doubt what God means by ‘be converted’: “to be TURNED”. And this primary root word is used 1,056 times in the Old testament! It is also the only word my search renders as ‘convert’.

Strong’s Hebrew: 7725. שׁוּב (shub) — to turn back, return
… bring (again, back, home again), call (to mind), carry again (back), cease, X certainly,
come again (back), X consider, + continually, CONVERT, deliver (again …

        That’s ONE THOUSAND and FIFTY-SIX!

Here’s a few ‘turning direction’…typically BACK to the original position…known as a ‘REturn’ in English.

Hagar’s ‘conversion’ which saves her and her son’s life…
        Genesis 16:9
“And the angel of the Lord said unto her, RETURN to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands.”
        HEB: מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֔ה שׁ֖וּבִי אֶל־ גְּבִרְתֵּ֑ךְ
NAS: said to her, Return to your mistress,
KJV: said unto her, Return to thy mistress,
INT: the angel of the LORD to her Return to your mistress

        The LORD’S ‘conversion’ to fulfill a promise…
“And he said, I will certainly RETURN unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.”
        Genesis 18:10
        HEB: וַיֹּ֗אמֶר שׁ֣וֹב אָשׁ֤וּב אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙
NAS: He said, I will surely return
KJV: And he said, I will certainly return
INT: said will surely return to you

        Abram’s ‘conversion’…
“And the Lord went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham RETURNED unto his place.”
        Genesis 18:33
        HEB: אַבְרָהָ֑ם וְאַבְרָהָ֖ם שָׁ֥ב לִמְקֹמֽוֹ׃
NAS: and Abraham returned to his place.
KJV: and Abraham returned unto his place.
INT: Abraham and Abraham returned to his place

Abimelech king of Gerar’s ‘conversion’ which saved his life and nation…
“Now therefore RESTORE the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou RESTORE her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.”
        Genesis 20:7
        HEB: וְעַתָּ֗ה הָשֵׁ֤ב אֵֽשֶׁת־ הָאִישׁ֙
NAS: Now therefore, restore the man’s
KJV: Now therefore restore the man
INT: Now restore wife the man’s

        Yet another ‘conversion’…
“Thus they made a covenant at Beersheba: then Abimelech rose up, and Phichol the chief captain of his host, and they RETURNED into the land of the Philistines.”
        Genesis 21:32

KJV: of his host, and they returned into the land
INT: the commander of his army and returned to the land

        Some anger that ‘converts’…
“Until thy brother’s anger TURN AWAY from thee, and he forget that which thou hast done to him: then I will send, and fetch thee from thence: why should I be deprived also of you both in one day?”
        Genesis 27:45
        HEB: עַד־ שׁ֨וּב אַף־ אָחִ֜יךָ
NAS: against you subsides and he forgets
KJV: anger turn away from thee, and he forget
INT: until subsides anger your brother’s

        A stone ‘being converted’…
“And thither were all the flocks gathered: and they rolled the stone from the well’s mouth, and watered the sheep, and PUT the stone again upon the well’s mouth in his place.”
        Genesis 29:3
        HEB: אֶת־ הַצֹּ֑אן וְהֵשִׁ֧יבוּ אֶת־ הָאֶ֛בֶן
NAS: the sheep, and put the stone
KJV: the stone again upon the well’s
INT: and water the sheep and put the stone on

        Word of news ‘being converted’…
“And he said to him, Go, I pray thee, see whether it be well with thy brethren, and well with the flocks; and BRING ME word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.”
        Genesis 37:14

        Genesis 37:29
        HEB: וַיָּ֤שָׁב רְאוּבֵן֙ אֶל־
NAS: Now Reuben returned to the pit,
        KJV: And Reuben returned unto the pit;
        INT: returned now Reuben to

Brothers sent on a ‘conversion’ mission to save their lives…
“And it came to pass, when they had eaten up the corn which they had brought out of Egypt, their father said unto them, GO AGAIN, buy us a little food.”
        Genesis 43:2

INT: about their father Go buy A little

To turn is a very, very simple, generic, straight forward, earthly activity…and Jesus confirmed this with Pharisee Nicodemus …and John the Baptist who preached “REPENT [change your mind, then turn around] for the kingdom of heaven is coming” confirmed this in the same chapter…

“If I have told you EARTHLY THINGS, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?” John 3:12

“He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the EARTH is EARTHLY, and speaketh of the EARTH: he that cometh from heaven is above all.” John 3:31

The Turkish trader, Pharisee Saul/Paul, was most probably talking about money conversion, one currency into another, the Pharisees being the inventors of Judaism after 70 CE and them being a political party of money lenders and traders.

      • sharonjorgen

Kudos Pix, a rather insightful observation regarding the modern use of the word ‘conversion’…which makes me terribly curious what actual Greek word was used in such monetary activities: TURNING one currency into another. Hmmm!

        • Pix

I was being sarcastic, but the article makes a valid point, in that conversion means to divert. Jesus is exactly the same character as Dionysus with one exception, rather than emancipate your self from state ownership as a slave and become self reliant, in modern times free yourself from being a wage slave, it was diverted into ‘be a good little tax paying slave, turn the other cheek when your slave master slaps you and look happy about it while you’re at it.’

One can see why the ‘authorities’ would want this, it’s in their own best interests to divert a concept of freedom into slavery.

              PAGAN: Unscatterable; SCUM

Religious sense is often said to derive from conservative rural adherence to the old gods after the Christianization of Roman towns and cities; but the word in this sense predates that period in Church history, and it is more likely derived from the use of paganus in Roman military jargon for “civilian, incompetent soldier,” which Christians (Tertullian, c.202; Augustine) picked up with the military imagery of the early Church (such as milites “soldier of Christ,” etc.). Applied to modern pantheists and nature-worshippers from 1908.

I found the nail for Paul’s ‘conversion’ coffin…the original Isaiah Scripture use of Strong’s Hebrew #7725 (which I covered in a previous comment). ‘To convert’ or ‘be converted’ IS SIMPLY to turn back or return. God wanted Israel to RETURN TO HIM with a humble heart

9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and CONVERT [wā-šāḇ: Strong's Hebrew #7725 to turn back, return], and be healed.
      Isaiah 6

There are 2 other precise uses of wā-šāḇ that highlight how very basic this return is…

      1 Samuel 17:15
      HEB: וְדָוִ֛ד הֹלֵ֥ךְ וָשָׁ֖ב מֵעַ֣ל שָׁא֑וּל
NAS: went back and forth from Saul
KJV: went and returned from Saul
INT: David went back from Saul

      Isaiah 6:10
      HEB: וּלְבָב֥וֹ יָבִ֛ין וָשָׁ֖ב וְרָ֥פָא לֽוֹ׃
NAS: with their hearts, And return and be healed.
KJV: with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
INT: their hearts Understand and return and be healed

      Ezekiel 35:7
      HEB: מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עֹבֵ֥ר וָשָֽׁב׃
NAS: from it the one who passes through and returns.
KJV: from it him that passeth out and him that returneth.
      INT: who passes and returns

Here’s everyone else quoting Isaiah

26 Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive:
27 For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and SHOULD BE CONVERTED [epistrepsōsin: Strong's Greek #1994 to turn, to return], and I should heal them.
      Acts 28

“He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and BE CONVERTED [straphōsin: Strong's Greek #4762 to turn, to change], and I should heal them.” John 12:40

14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15 For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and SHOULD BE CONVERTED [epistrepsōsin: Strong's Greek #1994 to turn, to return], and I should heal them.

      Matthew 13

“That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they SHOULD BE CONVERTED [epistrepsōsin: Strong's Greek #1994 to turn, to return], and their sins should be forgiven them.” Mark 4:12

I fully and completely understand nothing I or another puts before you will enter your mind —

but I will leave you with this; Humans are weak Christ said there are NONE GOOD not not ONE!

How can a person, that Christ says in not good, by the power of their own will serve GOD??
If they even could then salvation is earned!

Christ spoke to 10′s of thousands and 120 showed up, Christ healed many, 120 showed up — because those are the ones the Father gave to Christ, the only ones HE called.

Why do you suppose Christ made the following statement to His Apostles??

49 And, behold, I send the “promise” of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with “power” from on high.

Christ was speaking of that Spirit that came from the Father upon the 120 at the Feast of First Fruits as found in Acts 2.

That Power of the Father’s Holy Spirit placed in us is what empowers us, it is what changes us, it is what converts
our hearts and minds — Sharon you will learn as will all of mankind and soon, that your will is death, with out the Father making it possible you can’t take your next breath, much less walk that narrow path that Christ came to place HIS Body on.

God the Father’s Will is LIFE and without the Father’s Spirit in a person there is no life in them and salvation is not possible.

…7 ——- yet the house of Israel will not be willing to listen to you, —— since they are not willing to listen to Me. Surely the whole house of Israel is stubborn and obstinate.

8″ Behold, I have made your face as hard as their faces and your forehead as hard as their foreheads.

9 “Like emery harder than flint I have made your forehead. ——-Do not be afraid of them or be dismayed before them, ——- though they are a rebellious house.”

Many RIGHTEOUS persons are recorded as having “by the power of their own will serve GOD”, the Old testament has them repeatedly contrasted with the wicked!

4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And THE LORD HAD RESPECT UNTO ABEL AND TO HIS OFFERING:

5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
7 IF THOU DOEST WELL, SHALT THOU NOT BE ACCEPTED? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
          Genesis 4

IF THOU DOEST WELL = by the power of your own will serve GOD

It was a choice of WILL from the very beginning :!:

“That upon you may come all the RIGHTEOUS blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of RIGHTEOUS ABEL unto the blood of ZACHARIAS son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.” Matthew 23:35

Acts 2 is a lie from the pen of Luke who was part of the conspiracy along with Paul and Mark…Jesus gave the Holy Spirit IN PERSON [John 20:22]. Luke –who was NEVER an apostle — is fraudulent: ch. 24 “power from on high” is not recorded by Matthew or John.

Power is an OBSESSION of Paul converts (do a word search and contrast its usage to the trustworthy eyewitness accounts of Matthew and John.

Christ spoke the truth of the future experience of his disciples…It is not glamorous power with awesome displays, “And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the [FALSE] apostles”.

1 These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
          John 16

Cloven (forked/snake) tongues are the release of antichrist Spirit which John testified was already in the world in his day. Didn’t the serpent in the garden contradict God’s word as soon as the Creator was no longer physically present with Adam and Eve…likewise after Jesus’ ascension an alternative narrative was presented.

Stick with the words of the Son of God, Paul was a Pharisee (with cohorts Luke and Mark supporting his twisted gospel).

I truly feel very sorry for you — you keep rejecting the Word of God — soon you will be down to a paragraph or maybe only one or two words.

God gave Adam logic and Eve emotion — thus men are in charge

Do you see why I never – ever – follow a women? Most are devoid of logic as are you

              I think of a man…

…then I take away reason and accountability.

“Do you see why I never – ever – follow a women?” Uh, yeah b/c PAUL (NOT JESUS) said don’t listen to them. Good thing the city called Sychar was spared such idiocy…or else they would not have met the Messiah!

Samarian woman at Jacob’s well…notice her very LOGICAL responses:

10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, THOU HAST NOTHING TO DRAW WITH, AND THE WELL IS DEEP: FROM WHENCE THEN HAST THOU THAT LIVING WATER?

12 ART THOU GREATER THAN our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?

13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:

14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, GIVE ME THIS WATER, THAT I THIRST NOT, NEITHER COME HITHER TO DRAW.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.

17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:

18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.

19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I PERCEIVE THAT THOU ART A PROPHET.

20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.

21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: WHEN HE IS COME, HE WILL TELL US ALL THINGS.

26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

27 And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her?

28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men,

29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: IS THIS NOT THE CHRIST?

              John 4

The result of her logical conclusion

39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.

40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days.

              41 And many more believed because of his own word;

42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for WE have heard him ourselves, and KNOW THAT THIS IS INDEED THE CHRIST, the Saviour of the world.
