Cache Collision Part 11: Nurse Rachael & the NSA

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Abner wanted to take a drive up one of the canyons in South Central Utah about two weeks after leaving Logan, Utah. As we were at the stop sign, with the right turn signal flashing and the car slightly turn to the right, and a frustrated driver across the road anxiously waiting for Abner to make the turn, Abner waived the driver to go in front of us as Abner said, “Tom you need to meet Tom.”

Turning the car to the left, Abner drove over to a gas station questioning if “Tom” was even there. As the car came to a stop, Abner got out and walked over to an older man with long hair and a beard talking to another man. Abner said to Tom, “Do you remember me?” Tom responded in the affirmative and as Abner was trying to introduce Tom to me, Tom said, “Don’t I know you?” I told Tom, “No, we have never met.” As we sat down with these two men, Abner immediately began asking them if they knew anything about Ray Epps. Both men acknowledged that they knew of his whereabouts and what he had done on January 6th 2021. We were joined by another fellow and the conversation immediately shifted to fishing so seamlessly that the other fellow never knew that the conversation had changed. When he finally left the conversation, we all picked up right where we had left off.

A few minutes later, Tom said to me as he was looking into my eyes, “I need to tell you about my deceased wife, Rachael.” I thought this was a little odd, but listened intently as he explained that his wife had been a nurse at the Utah County Hospital in Provo and the Timpanogos Hospital in Orem. Tom explained that he received a phone call telling him that his wife had been in a serious accident at a gas station in Provo and had been taken to the hospital and put on life support. He said that after his arrival at the hospital, he was told that he needed to make the decision to take his wife off of life support.

In the aftermath of Rachael’s death, Tom tried to get some understanding of what had happened to Rachael. She had been last seen at the gas station, with a letter in her hand. The gas station was adjacent to a post office and somehow Rachael had been run over by a black SUV. Tom reached out to the Provo City Police Department seeking more information about Rachael’s accident. He asked for a copy of the police report and after a little bit of a run around, Provo PD sent Tom a copy of the incident report. Utah Highway Patrol on site was all that was indicated on the incident report.

Tom called UHP seeking a copy of their incident report and UHP gave Tom an even bigger run around. In the course of his conversations someone actually said that “they” had attempted to put Rachael back into her car before the first responders had arrived. Tom thought, “WHAT? Why would anyone do that?” When he asked about the letter in her hand, no one seemed to know anything about it. Tom knew that something wasn’t right about Rachael’s death and that there was so much more to this than he was being told. Tom then received a phone call with an automated voice message that didn’t make any sense to him, so he hung the phone up. Tom called the phone number back and the caller ID came up as NSA, but when he heard the automated voice on the other end, he knew who had called him. With this newfound understanding Tom was able to find out that there are two UHPs, one for the everyday citizen and the other is connected to the NSA, who pays for the Utah State Governor’s Guard, the Governor’s private police security force, who drive black SUVs. Tom also found out that former Governor Gary Herbert owns a condominium that is located right behind the gas station where Rachael was killed.

My mind was swirling with this revelation from Tom and I told him that we were going up the canyon and I asked him if he was going to be at the gas station later. He told me he would be at the gas station until about 2:00 pm in the afternoon. I told him that we would be back to talk to him again and we left. We had only gone about three miles up the canyon, when I told Abner to pull over. “We have to go back,” I told him. Abner turned the car around and headed back to the gas station. I had more questions to ask Tom because his wife’s story had something to do with my military protection. We had left the station not more that ten minutes prior, but when we got back to the gas station, Tom was nowhere to be found.

After we left the gas station, I asked Abner to pull off of the road somewhere where we could consider what we had just been told. I realized that what Tom had told us about the NSA was most important. As Abner and I sorted out the details, I realized who it was that was tailing and surveilling Kali. However, I also knew that the NSA wasn’t only surveilling Kali, but they were trying to track “the General” and myself as well. Using the alternative source for communication, I called Gail Baugh. When she answered the phone, I told her to grab a notepad and to write down everything I was going to tell her. When she had done so, I told her to take it over to Kali’s home and give it to him personally. “Do not email this or text any of this but hand carry it to him,” I said.

When Kali received the information, he called me on another phone. Kali also realized the significance of the information I gave to Gail. Kali told me he was going to pass it immediately up to “the General,” because Kali was sure no one was looking at the NSA’s involvement in our surveillance. Later, Kali told us we could resume normal communications as the problem had been resolved. A rogue NSA agent had been discovered and neutralized. Miraculously, Tom’s sharing of his deceased wife’s story most probably resulted in the saving of Kali’s, “the General’s” and even my own life. Trust me when I say, I believe in miracles. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!
