This week’s Microcap Information Arbitrage Weekly Wrap-Up is ready — spotlighting the most important developments across our 1,500+ microcap coverage universe built since 2009, including high-impact earnings reports, information arbitrage discoveries, contract announcements, and model portfolio updates. We also highlight insights from our investor and CEO interviews (Skull Sessions).

See all emails sent during the week here.

As usual, we highlight the stocks we want to watch most in our big movers and losers list of the week, included at the end of this post.

It was a slow earnings week so we will be featuring some major upgrades in the press release research platform built by team @InfoArbMonitor and @MicroCapHound. These upgrades will help us all find infoarb quicker and more efficiently.

Stocks discussed at Geoinvesting last week:

Feature: InfoArb.io Announcements: A tool built to uncover short- and long-term information arbitrage opportunities in real time and make your research process more efficient. In this update: the most innovative earnings calendar, real-time InfoArb headlines to help you find alpha + protect your portfolio, and deep filtering categories.

Contributor Research: KLNG featured in Byron Street Research’s first contributor piece; We have officially partnered with Byron to help us prioritize the infoarb we are finding. GeoInvesting subscribers will now, exclusively, get early insights from Byron.

Earnings: CODA RFIL IVDN

Updates: GLUC AMMX

InfoArb Tear Sheets: ZDGE CODA CMTL RFIL RTMNF (TSXV:RET)

Skull Sessions: Investor Insights with Deiya Pernas of Pernas Research

Feature Highlight From Our Microcap Coverage Universe

We’re continuing to build InfoArb.io with a singular goal: helping investors spend less time searching for information and more time acting on it.

Earnings Calendar: Coming Soon

We’re releasing phase one of an amazing earnings calendar, with the goal of it being the last earnings calendar you’ll ever need.

The upcoming Earnings Calendar will allow you to:

  • Filter upcoming calls by your personal watchlists or view the entire earnings universe
  • Instantly add events to your Google Calendar for automatic reminders
  • Filter between:
    • Live calls
    • Confirmed scheduled calls
    • Estimated reporting dates
    • Completed events

We’re also integrating real-time InfoArb headlines directly into the calendar experience so you can quickly identify which calls deserve your attention before they happen.

Investors often prioritize earnings calls based on catalysts such as:

  • Guidance increases or reductions
  • Large contract wins
  • New customer announcements
  • Major capital raises or financing events
  • Significant insider buying
  • M&A activity
  • New product launches
  • Margin expansion opportunities
  • Accelerating revenue growth
  • Turnaround situations
  • Regulatory approvals
  • Data center, AI, infrastructure, or other emerging thematic exposure

We’ll cover these and more.

Desktop alerts are also on the roadmap.

Future versions are planned to include:

  • Why Listen: highlighting potentially important discussion points before a call begins
  • Why Care: helping investors quickly understand why a company or event may deserve deeper research

Our goal is simple: make it easier to identify the earnings calls that matter most.

Save, Tag, and Organize Press Releases

Research ideas often begin with a single press release.

Soon you’ll be able to save press releases directly within InfoArb.io and organize them using custom tags.

Use tags to:

  • Build thematic research pipelines
  • Track developing industry trends
  • Share curated news collections with colleagues and investment partners
  • Maybe you’ll want to create company, sector, or catalyst-specific research
  • Develop investable ideas from recurring patterns in the news flow

Instead of losing important news in an endless stream of information, you’ll be able to build a searchable knowledge base around the themes that matter to you.

Quick View Dashboard

Also right around the corner is our new Quick View Dashboard designed to put your most important research tools front and center the moment you log in.

With a single click, you’ll be able to access:

  • Your saved watchlists
  • Favorite news filters
  • Custom research views
  • Frequently used workflows

It’s a lightweight feature, but one designed to reduce friction and help you get to actionable information faster.

More updates are coming as we continue building InfoArb.io into a comprehensive research platform focused on one thing: helping investors discover important information before the crowd.

Contributor Research

Koil Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB:KLNG) (subsea energy services) (Morning Email)

We are excited to launch our partnership with Byron Street Research’s (@realLigerCub on X), bringing additional due diligence and investigative research to our growing pipeline of microcap ideas.

The first contribution under this partnership focuses on KLNG. The research centered on shipping records, recent order scale, industry recovery, and whether investors may still be underestimating the size of KLNG’s contract momentum. The piece framed KLNG as potentially moving from a turnaround story toward an early-cycle growth story. You can read the full research here.

Earnings Reports Worth Monitoring

In this section of the weekly wrap-up, we provide the following to help you get caught up with what you might have missed during the week and a little extra:

  • A table summarizing all the earnings reports in the morning emails we sent to you throughout the week.
  • Important “quick takes” that we provided in the morning emails.
  • New commentary, when relevant, especially if we didn’t offer commentary on a particular stock in the earnings table that we think now is worth mentioning, or if we’ve added a stock to the table that we did not talk about during the week.

Coda Octopus Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:CODA) (subsea technology) (Press Release Link) (Morning Email Link)

CODA reported Q2 results with higher EPS compared to prior year, but on lower revenue. The Diver Augmented Vision Display (DAVD) untethered system, smart diver goggles, received formal U.S. Navy approval, qualifying it for wider purchases across the Navy.

Procurement activity is expected to be weighted toward the second half of fiscal 2026 and also noted an initial order for NANO Gen Series sonars. Regardless, we’re still waiting for CODA to report consistent growth. They just can’t seem to get business momentum going.

Rf Industries, Ltd. (NASDAQ:RFIL) (interconnect products and cable systems) (Press Release Link) (Morning Email Link)

RFIL reported stronger Q2 fiscal results. The company reported a quarter-end backlog of $20.0 million, up from $15.0 million a year ago and $14.4 million in the prior quarter, on second-quarter bookings of $26.3 million, compared with $18.7 million in the year-ago period and $17.9 million in the prior quarter. Revenue growth, margin expansion, strong bookings momentum, and improved backlog visibility are expected to support continued growth into the second half of fiscal 2026.

Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB:IVDN) (cold weather clothing) (Press Release Link) (Tweet Link)

IVDN reported a slightly profitable quarter on sales of $808,666, its second-highest quarterly revenue in company history. This marked the seventh consecutive trailing quarter of profitability, supported by a strong cash position, no long-term or convertible debt, and production increases tied to rising demand.

Built Link Solutions (a distributor focused on connecting construction products with builders and contractors) is helping introduce Insultex House Wrap® (IVDN’s energy-efficient insulated house wrap) to building professionals as the company continues work on renewed product certifications.

You can read more on what we had to say about these companies at this link, where we archive all of our morning emails.

Business & Operational Developments

Glucose Health, Inc. (OTCID:GLUC) (soluble-fiber nutrition beverages) (Press Release Link) (Tweet Link)

GLUC announced Q2 2026 national pharmacy channel sales momentum, including expanded GlucoDown® distribution at one national pharmacy chain. Shipments during the first 24 weeks of 2026 exceeded total 2025 volume to a major national pharmacy retailer, while another national drug store chain recorded a sales increase from January through early June. Management connected the sales progress to advertising initiatives, retailer purchasing activity, and growing consumer interest in functional beverage alternatives.

This comes on the heels of the company’s March announcement that it had expanded retail distribution to more than 2,500 stores and launched a national advertising campaign. It’d be nice if the company would start giving us concrete numbers as opposed to just bullish narrative without context.

Ameramex International Inc. (OOTC:AMMX) (heavy equipment leasing) (Press Release Link) (Tweet Link)

AMMX announced a $5 million bid award for a fleet of refurbished Taylor Equipment Works forklifts. The equipment will support a major new North American port facility undergoing a multi-phase expansion. The refurbished forklifts are designed for port operations that require continuous performance.

This award seems to be bigger than the usual orders they’ve announced in the past. Over the last 2-3 years, most of the orders they’ve announced were below $2 million, with the exception of a $6.6 million installation they completed in October 2024 and a $3.3 million order announced in February 2025.

Skull Sessions

Recall that I just spoke with Dean Pernas of Pernas Research during a Skull Session on May 19, 2026.

Well, while I was on a two-week trip to Mexico City en route to the Planet MicroCap Vegas Conference, Dean found out I was hanging out in Mexico and let me know that his brother, Deiya, actually lives there. So I ended up meeting him for breakfast one morning, and the next thing I knew, we were scheduling an in-person podcast at a quaint spot in an area of Mexico City called Condesa.

Condesa is a really cool area of Mexico City with a bunch of cafés, restaurants, and street music. It reminded me of Las Olas, Florida, where I hang out when I’m in Fort Lauderdale. However, Las Olas is basically one strip of about 15 blocks filled with restaurants, shops, and cafés, while Condesa is a little more spread out, with a few different streets that have that same kind of vibe.

Lots of people think successful investing is about certainty but this Skull Session with Deiya Pernas of Pernas Research sits in uncertainty where information quality, narrative gaps, market inefficiencies, and disciplined analysis can drive alpha.

The discussion also covers how AI is reshaping software narratives, why less-followed and sometimes illiquid names can still create opportunity, and how the brothers think about businesses in terms of whether the underlying “motor” of a business is getting stronger or weaker. During my chat with Dean, we talked about motor investing. So it was nice to get Deiya’s point of view on this subject.
