The IPO Buzz: ITG & Sinda Launch IPOs to Price Next Week Ahead of July 4th Holiday

IPO bankers launched two big deals – ITG, Inc. (ITG Proposed) and Sinda Ltd. (SIND Proposed) – early today (Monday, June 22, 2026) – to price next week and raise a total of $617.4 million just ahead of the Fourth of July holiday. The U.S. stock market will be closed on Friday, July 3, the federal holiday to mark the long Fourth of July holiday weekend to celebrate the nation’s founding 250 years ago. Both ITG and Sinda will price on Tuesday night, June 30, 2026, to trade Wednesday, July 1. ITG is a NASDAQ listing. Sinda is a New York Stock Exchange listing.

Broadband & Utility Network Play

ITG, Inc. (ITG Proposed) is offering 19.51 million shares at a price range of $19.00 to $22.00 to raise $399.95 million, if priced at the $20.50 mid-point of its range. At pricing, ITG would have a market cap of $2.5 billion.

Morgan Stanley and Citigroup are leading the joint book-running team. UBS Investment Bank, Stifel and BofA Securities are also joint book-runners, along with Baird, Santander, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Truist Securities.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, ITG is an engineering services firm focused on designing, building, running and maintaining broadband and utility infrastructure. Its clientele includes broadband, wireless and utility network operators across the U.S.

ITG is not profitable, according to the prospectus.

Silver Mining in Mexico

Sinda Ltd. (SIND Proposed) is offering 17.75 million shares at a price range of $11.25 to $13.25 to raise $217.44 million, if priced at the $12.25 mid-point of its range. At pricing, Sinda would have a market cap of about $1.8 billion.

Morgan Stanley and Scotiabank are leading the joint book-running team. BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets are also joint book-runners, according to the prospectus.

The exploration-stage silver mining company is based in Guanajuato, about 168 miles northwest of Mexico City. Sinda will use the IPO’s proceeds to provide financing for its business.

The Electrum Group, an investment firm focused on previous metals and mining, will own about 78.4 percent of the voting power of Sinda’s outstanding stock after the IPO.
