U.S. military investigators have proved that current CDC Director Robert Redfield, who is in charge of COVID vaccine development and leads the White House COVID Task Force, has a documented history of falsifying scientific data, has perjured himself and has repeatedly lied to Congress and the International scientific community.
U.S. military documents (doc one, two, three) show that Redfield, and his former-assistant Deborah Birx, who is also leading the COVID Task Force, knowingly falsified scientific data published in the New England Journal of Medicine, fraudulently claiming that an HIV vaccine they helped develop was effective.
Two military investigators charged Redfield and Birx with engaging in “a systematic pattern of data manipulation, inappropriate statistical analyses and misleading data presentation in an apparent attempt to promote the usefulness of the GP160 AIDS vaccine.”
A subsequent Air Force Tribunal on Scientific Fraud and Misconduct (doc one, two, three) agreed that Redfield’s misleading and deceptive information “seriously threatens his credibility as a researcher and has the potential to negatively impact AIDS research funding for military institutions as a whole.” They then continued, stating that his “unethical behavior creates false hope and could result in premature deployment of the vaccine.”
To avoid corrupt political influence, the Air Force Tribunal then called for an investigation by a “fully independent outside investigative body.”
Redfield confessed — to Defense Department interrogators and to the Air Force Tribunal — that his analyses were faulty and deceptive. He also agreed to publicly correct them.

It depends on what the meaning of “OF” is.
I just recently learned the legal definition of a word we use many times daily in our conversations. It explains a lot about how the Corporation, USA, Inc., looks at and deals with us, the People, as something different than what we are.
It amazes me that something so seemingly simple has escaped me up to now, but at least now I know it.
The word is “of”.
Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Ed:
Of: A term denoting that from which anything proceeds; indicating origin, source, descent, and the like; as, he is of noble blood. Associated with or connected with, usually in some casual relation, efficient, material, formal, or final. The word has been held equivalent to after; at, or belonging to; in possession of; manufactured by; residing at; from.[Emphasis added]
We need to look at how we use this word in regard to Citizenship. If I claim to be a Citizen OF anything, I am saying, by legal definition, that it is superior to me. Since I am created by God, He is the only thing greater than I. So it would be correct to say that I am OF God.
Heaven forbid that I would ever admit to being a citizen OF the United States. That simply would put me as under subjection to the Corporation, USA, Inc., as their creation. It would validate their presumption that I was a surety for a legal fiction, the Straw Man, which is subject, as their creation, to all of their corporate ordinances, rules, statutes, regulations, codes, procedures, etc.
In fact, it is not even correct to say that I am a Citizen OF the Republic of Texas. The correct way to communicate this thought is to say “I am a Texas Republic Citizen.” By this statement, I retain the sovereignty, freedom and liberty given by my Creator.
For those living in the states of the American Union, they should simply state, “I am an American Citizen.”
Remember, this is only important in the legal sense, but that is what they use against us.

In other words, a sovereign is not accountable to higher authority.
The Constitution for the United States of America, Preamble, acknowledges the people as the creators of the United States of America. A “people” is “sovereign”
PREAMBLE. “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
There is nothing in the Constitution that authorizes the created entity to commandeer its creator. The USA is specifically restricted:
AMENDMENT IX. “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
AMENDMENT X. “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
NOTE. In legal proceedings, only identify yourself as a people. Never identify yourself as a citizen or as a “sovereign-citizen”. A people, i.e. a sovereign, is the “independent and supreme authority”. A citizen is a subject, i.e. a slave to higher authority.
AMENDMENT XIV. “Sect. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. …” Remember, you are foremost a people, but you can be a citizen for some purposes, and a not a citizen for other purposes. The choice is yours to decide anytime, whenever you wish.
As one of the people you have all natural rights. You are entitled to all the rights which formerly belonged to the King by his prerogative (so long as you do not encroach on the sovereignty of another). You are outside and above the Constitution. Not all of the Bill of Rights [First 10 Amendments of Constitution] apply to citizens. “Civil Rights” are actually “Roman Civil Law / Civil Privileges” defined by statute for the citizens.
