I do not want to take this presentation away from its main purpose however I feel I need to touch on the 5G/Coronavirus issue. This is clearly a Cabal manufactured  event and not in any way a natural phenomenon.

I believe Wuhan is proving 60Hz 5G is a genocide system currently being masked by the Corona Virus.  I am pretty sure at this time that Global Shadow Government is using the virus to mask 5G Deaths! The suspect Cruise Ships also are equiped with 60Hz 5G!

China has unleashed 60 Ghz 5G all throughout the country with Wuhan as the pilot city.  Some alleged Corona Virus Victims are showing symptoms, not of a Virus but what happens when one is hit with 60GHz 5G Micro waves. It is being hypothesized 60Hz 5G interferes with the uptake of oxygen via the hemoglobin. It has been stated by some experts that the specific frequency is absorbed by oxygen. 60GHz causes the rotation of the electrons around the oxygen molecule to spin, thus inhibiting the ability of hemoglobin to properly uptake these oxygen molecules. Suggesting a virus is a great way for the parasites to suggest the problem is singulalry a virus when it is being enhanced by 5G! There are three (3) Constitutions, one Unanimous Declaration of Independence, and no treaties signed in 1866 have any validity or weight, beyond being private corporate business agreements, because they were not signed by the actual government of this country.
 
From 1776 to 1790, The United States functioned for business purposes as “the” United States.  After 1790, The United States functioned as The United States and still does.  The business name “the” United States was passed on to the Municipal Government upon the passage of The Constitution of the United States. 
 
From 1776 to 1789, The United States of America functioned for business purposes as “the” United States of America.  After 1789, The United States of America functioned as The United States of America and still does.   The business name “the” United States of America was passed on to the Territorial Government upon the passage of The Constitution of the United States of America. 
 
From 1781 to 1787, the united States of America (Confederation formed under the Articles of Confederation) functioned for business purposes as “the” united States of America.  The business name “the” united States of America was passed on to the Federal Government (American Subcontractor) upon the passage of The Constitution for the united States of America in 1787.  This portion of the intended Federal Government ceased functioning in 1861 and has yet to be “reconstructed” by the States of the Union, that is, the member States of the unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.
 
This is confusing due to the transfer of business names and similarity of names involved, and the use of the same names by different entities at different times during and after The War of Independence, but you can see it graphically presented as it currently sits by going to www.annavonreitz.com and looking up our One Pager of the American Government Structure to see where the gaping hole is. 
 
What has resulted is that instead of African Americans being set free, everyone was enslaved on paper.  They did this by abolishing slavery EXCEPT in the case of criminals, and then, defining all Municipal citizens of the United States as criminals. 
 
This travesty has to end and the Pope has to stop playing war with himself.  In essence, what happened is that the British Monarch in charge for running the Territorial Commonwealth for the Pope declared “war” on the Municipal United States Government which is also run by the Pope.
 
So you see that the Pope indirectly owns/controls the Territorial Commonwealth and directly owns/controls the Municipal United States Government, so that any “war” between them is phony.  The Pope owns/controls both would-be combatants. 
 
What they have done is to collude together to keep a bogus “civil war” going on our shores as an excuse to accidentally-on-purpose misidentify and attack their Employers, the American State Citizens, who are civilian non-combatants who never fought in the so-called Civil War, and who are innocent Third Parties with respect to all this guile.
 
The Pope needs to be called out for all this and it needs to stop.  The British Queen needs to be called out for her part in this, too. She knows that there is a difference between citizens of the Commonwealth who are residing here and the Americans who live here.  There is no excuse for either the Pope or the Queen concerning this ugly circumstance.  They both need to make amends and provide remedy.

Sale of the Ministry of Defence’s Shareholding in Qinetiq

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) announced today the sale of its remaining ordinary shares in QinetiQ Group plc at a price of 206 pence per share.

Minister for Defence Equipment and Support Baroness Taylor said:

“I am pleased to announce that with this sale of shares in QinetiQ we have completed the final stage of its privatisation.

Ten years ago our in-house defence laboratories faced a difficult and uncertain future. The privatisation of QinetiQ transformed it into a successful British-based company employing around 13,000 people, and raised £830m for the taxpayer.

QinetiQ and its staff can be rightly proud of what the company has achieved since it was created in 2001. They remain a very important supplier to the MOD and we wish them every success.

Although we no longer have a financial stake in QinetiQ, we will retain a special share in the company to protect the UK’s defence and security interests.”

BACKGROUND NOTES:
1. Since 2001, QinetiQ has been transformed from the MOD’s in-house research and development organisation into an international defence and security company.

2. The MOD’s entire holding of ordinary shares in QinetiQ, comprising 124,885,445 ordinary shares were successfully placed with investors. This represents, in aggregate, approximately 18.9% of QinetiQ’s current issued ordinary share capital. The shares were placed with investors at a price of 206 pence per share, raising over £254m (net of estimated costs) for the taxpayer. The QinetiQ share price closed at 223.5 pence per share on 8 September 2008, the day before the placing. The offering price represented a 7.8% discount to this share price. A discount is customary for transactions of this scale. The weighted average price per share since QinetiQ’s flotation on the stock exchange has been 194 pence.

3. The MOD also retains a special share which is independent of its financial stake in the company. This allows the MOD to prevent individuals or organisations that could represent a threat to UK defence and security interests or pose a conflict of interest (e.g. defence manufacturers) from acquiring a significant stake in the company. It also ensures that MOD customers will continue to be able to use QinetiQ as a source of impartial advice.

4. QinetiQ was floated on the stock market in February 2006 at a price of 200 pence per share. In February 2007, The Carlyle Group (who were MOD’s strategic partner in the privatisation process) sold its remaining stake in QinetiQ for 205 pence per share.

5. Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, JPMorgan Cazenove Limited and Merrill Lynch International acted as joint global co-ordinators and bookrunners, and N M Rothschild & Sons Limited acted as independent financial adviser, to the MOD in respect of the placing. Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, JPMorgan Cazenove Limited, Merrill Lynch International and N M Rothschild & Sons Limited are acting for the MOD only in connection with the placing, and no one else, and will not be responsible to anyone other than the MOD for providing the protections offered to clients of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, JPMorgan Cazenove Limited, Merrill Lynch International and N M Rothschild & Sons Limited nor for providing advice in relation to the placing. MOD Sale of Shareholding in QinetiQ Group plc

QinetiQ notes today’s announcement by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) concerning the completion of the sale of its shareholding in QinetiQ Group plc.

Commenting on the sale, Sir John Chisholm, QinetiQ non executive chairman said; “The MOD’s sale of QinetiQ shares is consistent with its previously stated intention that it would sell its entire holding of ordinary shares. Our commercial relationship with the MOD is unaffected by this sale. MOD retains its special share in the company which has no economic value but, in common with other privatised companies with strategically important roles, allows the Government to protect the national interest.

“The QinetiQ Board welcomes the announcement which it believes will broaden the shareholder base of the company.”

BACKGROUND NOTES:
– MOD today sold all its remaining 124,885,445 ordinary shares at a price of 206p per share with a total value of £257.3 million.

– QinetiQ (pronounced “kinetic”) is a leading international defence and security technology company with over 8,000 employees in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Australasia) and more than 5,500 in North America.
