when ever something unusual happens regarding first ammendment stuff i usually bring it here to BIN to document it.
things are moving fast in the birther/antibirther maelsrom. i started a new thread this morning (about obama’s social security number), and within seconds there was an all out assault by the obots to squash the thread. now obviously this is a private forum so they can do what ever they wish. however, despite attempts to scrub and regulate, the obscure location still gets a boatload of “reads”, if not comments… and the obots don’t like that.
there was a new obot sock (fogbow frankie, in a new incarnation, fragile frankie fogbow i call him). now called perilick grad ameriku. one of about half a dozen screen names that i know about, has a very distinct style, but not a very good/successful liar) these guys and gals no longer even try to feign their “transparency”. in this spy versus spy birther world there are many layers of cloak and daggers tactics deployed by the obot gang. their pitch is ever fervering.
he was planted just for this one task. but not only was my thread moved, it also precipitated a housecleaning of thread deletion moving and censorship by merging, at the specific request of an antibirther:

what makes this notable is the board reaction after someone claimed it was “too silly to be in the miscellaneous/other section” of the politicaforum’s board of discussion. the obots have always been transparent in the bias and mission to control the narrative, but this was especially swift. keep in mind that i stopped posting in the visible politics or current events sections, so i simply started them in the miscellaneous sub catagory in the “conspiracy” section. os where can we talk about the obama birth certificate ? the story is becoming known, people are learning about and becoming more interested in this great caper, despite the antibirther operatives. i should point out that the mods rarely visit the basement and usually at the request/complaint of a poster.
bringing this story to before it’s news will probably get me banned again at PF, which is fine, because it’s relatively useless to post under such circumstances anyway. but it is worth marking each time this happens.
i think something epic is about to break in the birther arena, whenever something new and big occurs there is usually a coordinated preemptive attack from the obots.
don’t forget this is the moving ground of anything about obama’s provenance already, because no such discussion is ever allowed in plain site in the “club of the sons” (fritz lang’s metropolis) part of the discussion forum.
for awhile there was a time when the moderators didn’t control so heavily the birther narrative. it ebbs and flows. i have seen the moderators do this at other forums also. we have to ask why. why all the effort, even when they themselves call it frivilous, or “not a controversy” i think it is. the obots put a lot of time and effort into this, and have for almost six years.
these are subtle forms of alinskyish intimidation and ridicule, but they certainly do exist. i have been equally compelled and astounded by the reactionary antibirthers, as well as the story itself.
if nothing was wrong, and the obama’s weren’t hiding something, none of this would be occurring. the dust would have settled years ago.
